  Everybody from this Gerber location was courteous, helpful and professional. They helped me with an insurance claim and also took care of some personal repairs for imperfections on my vehicle. They worked up a more than reasonable quote for me and did an amazing job on the repairs. I wouldn't hesitate to use Gerber Collision again. Thank you to the whole team!

  This entire team, from the front desk associate to the folks fixing the vehicles and the manager, are all friendly and professional. The repair was perfect, and I had my vehicle back two days ahead of schedule. They cleaned the inside and outside of my car, which was an unexpected surprise. Avoid the Syracuse location (I had a really bad experience there!) and go to this location instead!

  As a rite of passage in central New York, I hit a deer, or I should say a deer hit me. My insurance told me to take the car to Gerber. I had never heard of Gerber, so I didn't know what to expect. From the moment I dropped my vehicle off, the staff was so kind to me. They provided updates throughout the entire process, and they finished the repairs well before promised. When I saw my car, it looked brand new! and they even cleaned the inside! When my car was returned to me, I noticed a few issues and when I reached out, they told me they would take care of it right away. Thank you for your excellent customer service! The only complaint I have and it is minor, is that loaner vehicles should be available like some of your competitors...but it's no biggie, we made it work!

  Unfortunately, you have to give at least 1 star to leave a review. This company is a nightmare to deal with. As soon as the car was dropped off, the whole story changed. They ordered the parts and had them come in PRIOR to scheduling a repair appointment. My estimate for work time frame was 17 days. I received my car back 44 days later. Their manager had a lot to say and imply about me when he had discussions with my insurance company, not knowing I was present on the line as well. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I hope nobody else has to go through this. Avoid this place at all costs!
