- KBKrish BhattiJul 8, 20263.0stopped here on the 4th on my way to Niagara Falls, ON from Rochester. the card readers were down and i had to download the app, sign up for an account, and start charging from there. other than that, they worked great and i was able to draw as much power as my car can take.
- DDDavid DesiletDec 10, 20252.0Weak performance from the charger it only managed 60kw peak on a car capable of 190kw, and the charger is supposed to be capable of 350kw. Called customer service to reset it and that did nothing. Very disappointing
- HBHARRY BAug 31, 20255.0Sunday Morning. Although only 1 of 2 350 kmwh working. I was only EV and pulling over 565 mi/hr. Rocket speed for the Silverado LT sized batteries. I’ve used Applegreen for our work EVs and have always been very satisfied with charging speeds.

- PKPawel KarczynskiMar 5, 20251.0I drive a Tesla EV and I have Idecided to test my newly acquired CCS to NACS adapter at Applegreen Electric charging station on NY State Thruway. There are a few of them on east coast, many of them on Thruway plazas. The review is only about the EVSE equipment. I cannot make get Applegreen app on my phone work so I was not able to initiate the charging session through the app, I had to use Apple Pay. The price I see on the terminal is 60 cents per kW. I used 10.5 kW and got charged $8.62. No text/email receipt. So I don’t know if the extra $2 was some kind of tax or session fee. I called the company to complain about app not working and no receipt/price discrepancy. Someone took my message but no one called back. I don’t expect them to call me back. While the charging speeds on preconditioned Tesla were just ok (low 100s), the usury-level electricity prices make this charger dire emergency-only solution. To compare, nearest Tesla Supercharger would have cost me flat 39 cents per kW.
