- JGJacob Garofalotoday5.0Store manager India was incredibly kind and a big help for someone without much experience with oil changes. Also helped by Jarrett and Kyle, everyone very positive.
- ACAmber CorasanitiOct 7, 20261.0I originally came in for oil change. I was told I needed front and back windshield wipers for which I told them to go ahead. A week later I realized they never put a sticker on my car and there was a white piece of paper that said “failed” for torn windshield wiper. So I went back and explained that I told them to replace and the guy was EXTREMELY RUDE to me explaining they never replaced them. I know 🧐 hence why you failed me but why did you NOT replace them when I told you to. Why would I come in for an inspection just to have you fail me. They only replaced the back one. 🤷♀️ will never go to that location again. Definitely didn’t need to be treated like that when you’re the ones who inconvenienced me. I usually don’t write reviews or complain but you asked for one so I’m being honest.
- JGJolene GOct 5, 20261.0If you want someone to yell and be an absolutely rude human. This is your place. Skinny dude with the beard will absolutely wreck your stuff to get an up sell. Then talk to you like youre an idiot and an inconvenience. 10/10 terrible service and a terrible attitude.
- GGgdp2727Oct 4, 20261.0The rating would be 0-5 if I was able to do that, I showed up to get a NYS inspection. When i pulled up I was told it would be an hour. After waiting an hour and twenty minutes I went up to ask what was going on. I was told I was next in line but they pulled someone else in ahead of me. It took a total of 2 1/2hours to get an inspection. The inspector was in a miserable mood when he finally got to me. Im not happy at all with my experience.
