I had a great experience at Mavis Tire. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They fixed my tire quickly and got me back on the road without wasting a lot of my day off. I really appreciated their efficiency and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing tire service.

I had an afternoon appointment that I made several hours earlier in the day, but when I arrived I was told my appointment was not valid and that I was considered a walk-in because the manager had not personally called to confirm it. I was also told that the online appointment time "doesn't mean anything."
Throughout the conversation, I was repeatedly told to take my vehicle to the dealership instead. I explained multiple times that the dealership is in another city and that this shop was one of the repair facilities my warranty company specifically directed me to.
Eventually, I was told I could leave my car and they would get to it when they could. I explained that I didn't have a ride home, which was why I planned to wait. I was then told I would be waiting a long time. I said that was fine, but the employee continued by saying the warranty company is difficult to work with and they might not hear back until tomorrow, suggesting I should just come back the next morning instead.
When I agreed to return the next day, I had to ask three separate times what time I should come before I was finally given an answer. Even then, I was told there was no guarantee they would receive a response from the warranty company in a reasonable amount of time.
The entire interaction felt like a series of excuses to avoid servicing my vehicle rather than an attempt to help. I understand that warranty claims can take time and shops can get busy, but the lack of communication, dismissal of my scheduled appointment, and repeated efforts to send me somewhere else made for a very frustrating customer experience.

My son broke down in New York, we are from Ohio, had my son have Vincent Bellamy, manager, give me a call to go over what needed to be do to get him back on the road. What we talked about was replacing the serpentine belt, replacing the radiator cap, and fixing the power that runs from the positive battery terminal to the TMP fuse box and getting a military discount for under $400.00 What I got was all the above but NO MILITARY DISCOUNT and Also they did a coolant service flush on my new non leaking radiator, which was not talked about and now my radiator is leaking fluid and they charged me $614.54. So my son gets home with the receipt so I could repay him and I find out what we talked about didn't happen and the radiator is now leaking. So I gave Vincent Bellamy a chance to make it correct, so I called him, he seemed not to care much or offered any type of sorry or refund, he even admitted he wanted to give me a military discount but the person that check my son out didn't do it. So because I gave him a chance I have to report him now, don't appreciate him stealing from a young person and not doing what he told me he would.
