    I came in to have the team demonstrate how to use the travel trailer I purchased. Zackary, Suzy, William, Morgan and Kim were very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. My family and I were richly blessed. I would highly recommend this team of highly qualified professionals to everyone who may be looking to purchase a RV.     I had a great experience at the Cicero camping world purchasing my first travel trailer. It’s a big deal for me as I will be vacationing a lot when I retire and needed something big and the whole experience was new for me. My sales person Matt made the entire experience easy and explained everything step-by-step. He was super patient and showed me everything. I wanted to see and answered every question I had and found the answers if he didn’t know off the bat. The sales and financing team, Including Chris and Andrew made the entire process easy and seamless from beginning to end. Sue did the walk-through with me and really took her time to answer my questions, and I had a lot of of them as this is my first RV and I am new to this whole experience. I can’t recommend this location and this team highly enough they are all awesome.

    Sales lady was very nice and friendly. Took their time on doing a estiment way to long then needed .. was very shocked on all the add on fees and also a detailing fee. When I purchase something it should come all cleaned not added in the end. Charge for new battery and propane tanks and most of all showing how Everything works. 3000.00.. thank you but no thank you. It's used not brand new
