Just got this (slightly) used motorhome, and had a great sales/financing experience. They let us go home and think it over, come back and drive it, and eventually got us a deal including everything we (new to RVs) need to get started. Even the folks in the camping store were willing to answer our questions and everyone was very helpful. Thanks again!
Andy in service was awesome, and helpful and so was his staff.

We had an approved deal on a Jayco Alante with vastly superior financing terms already established outside of camping world. Over a 5-day window, the Churchville finance department aggressively targeted us to finance with them while simultaneously subjecting us to predatory sales pressure to close on their terms. This false urgency was highly hypocritical, as we are aware of other units sitting pending in finance department for over three weeks without issue.
The situation escalated when General Manager Tom issued a rigid 3:00 PM ultimatum to force our hand. When we did not submit to these high-pressure tactics, Tom canceled the deal entirely, refused to allow the unit to be transported to an alternate location, and sent a hostile written message stating: "As the general manager I am choosing not to do business with you and I will advise the other location of this as well."Using a management position to explicitly threaten, blackball, and retaliate against a customer for refusing to submit to aggressive sales tactics is entirely unacceptable and a violation of consumer business ethics. I expect corporate management to review this text correspondence, address Tom’s hostile conduct, and ensure that our profile is not maliciously flagged across your network.
Tom continuously spoke over me as a customer as I called out his team's ultimatums and pressure tactics.
From my personal experience, do not shop here.

They do not have a mobile unit to repair warrent covered repairs they want you to call other places to do the repairs and then you have to pay for their services and dx then they will submit to get paid just repairs they don't give you this information when trying to get you to buy their extended warranty or winterization package

I should have known better, most people say to avoid Camping world and we did not listen. Everyone is great up until the time you drive away from that place. We brought the rv in to have all new tires replaced before the upcoming camping season, when we pick it up and did the walk around inspection on the rv, my husband noticed something missing on one of the tires when he informed someone there, they wrote it up and said they can have the piece mailed to our house. That was four months ago, no part ever came, and no phone calls were ever returned. After we returned from our first trip, we noticed the house batteries are not keeping charge, we were confused as this is one thing that was to be changed before we took possession of the rv. The advertised price was $4,000 lower than what they wanted to charge us and said because they were going to have to replace all six house batteries then they would have to charge more, not too much of a big deal for us if they changed them. Unfortunately, when we looked at them you can tell the batteries are very old. The date on the batteries is older than the rig that we purchased. No one will return our calls, even tried the manager. I will now go out of my way to never step foot in any Camping World ever. We have learned a valuable lesson!
