It was immediately clear that he approaches his job with high competence and genuine care for the customer. Kelvin was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently taking the time to explain the entire procedure in detail before touching my vehicle.   Dave did an exceptional job and finished early. Loved the location and facilities. Safelite customer service at corporate was a nightmare and terrible. 5 stars was strictly for the installation. Corporate would get a negative 10 stars.
