- JRJohn RoederOct 5, 20263.0Love this location…. The guys are great…. Do have a problem with oil change price then look at the bill and charged $17 for extra oil? What the hell this is a small car. Charge is outrageous for what a quart more I doubt it. The staff doesn’t do pricing. A simple oil change $80. I think I’ll look elsewhere even though I like the staff there.
- AFAng FogahSep 18, 20261.0This isn’t good, instead of telling me that the cap was broken they put the cap back on thank goodness I went somewhere else and they saw the problem instead of notating on receipt I go here all the time and the last two times was horrible, this is the second time different vehicle my first vehicle they did not have the audacity to put the engine cover back on properly causing it to slip and melt behind the engine, this cost me money to fix but still since they was the closet to my area I continued to go, but not anymore. That’ll be my last time. Cannot afford to lose a vehicle for employees negligence.
- RARayshaun AlburySep 18, 20261.0Very respectful staff but I just bought a car and needed my first oil change and they forgot to put coolant in my car and now my car is messed up I had to get it towed to a shop... I dont feel forgetting coolant was an accident.... now I may be out of a car all because they forgot to put coolant in it and I didn't know until my engine started tweaking 15 min later after I left. U can tell if coolant is in the container by looking at it and for some reason valvoline mechanics checked okay for the coolant and I know I didn't have coolant . I dont have any leaks around the car or nothing... so thanks to valvoline im back riding a bus and walking thank you ....
