  It was just an inspection and was cheaper than I expected, was very quick. No complaints from me. My winter car is next and they will be doing the repairs for me.

  Did not feel pressured to do repair immediately. Price seemed fair and was actually less expensive when completed. This was for ball joint issue on my vehicle. Initial diagnostic was free unlike other shops. Was able to wait while repair was completed and didn't have to leave my car for days. Thanks!

  Went above and beyond to find tire for my EV car. Flat tire on trip to the US from Canada. Did repairs with no appointment. Got us back on the road. Excellent service. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Service team was friendly and professional.

  The staff is very helpful, pricing is reasonable and they explain all details, making future suggestions for the “health” of your vehicle. Very happy with the service at the Monro at 155 French Rd Buffalo, NY 14227
