Today we had a nail get stuck in one of our tires on our way out of Buffalo for a trip. We called Mavis and explained the problem. They fixed it quickly and we were able to continue on our way. Their service was excellent and professional. We will continue to be loyal Mavis costumers.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! While I was shopping I noticed the air in my tire was very low. Checking the tire i saw something puncturing into the tire. Yikes! I took my car to Mavis located on Walden and Union Road (I was right across the street) without any appointment. Immediately upon entering, there was a handsome, smiling, young man asking me what was going on with my car. I explained my tire issue, and he took my keys...(I thought oh boy, here we go with an long wait and huge bill) but boy was i WRONG! Within 5 minutes he had my car up on the car lift, he calls me over to see and shows me a huge screw puncture in my tire (totally fixable he says). Within another 10 minutes he pulls up my car with ALL my tires filled with the proper air, and tells me "you're all set"! WOW! I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of the fix and reasonable price! Geez, I was treated as if I was their only customer (i wasn't of course, you could see they were busy that day...many cars being serviced). I need shocks too so I plan to return to have that done too. LADIES TAKE NOTE...IF you want to be treated with respect and kindness MAVIS is your "go to car repair shop"! Great experience!!
