Today is Monday, October 5th and I have been waiting since Friday, October 2nd at 1pm for a Supervisor to call me back for an escalated issue because my CONFIRMED reservation was sold right out of under me. This didn't happen once, not twice, but three times back to back after calling the 800 #, getting confirmations and paying for a Lyft to get to the location(s) x 3 to being called and/or arriving at said locations in Amherst, East Amherst, and Cheecktowaga and being told there were no longer any card available. I needed a vehicle because I was traveling for medical reasons, not leisure. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. I will continue to wait for a Supervisor to call me to find a way to make this right for me.
