  They were really nice and professional they explained everything and help me to understand the process while my vehicle was being repaired. I will definitely use them again and recommend them the guy who took care of me His name was Glenn he was awesome. Very nice and professional Thanks again will definitely see them in the future.

  I needed a car due to being in a car accident. The location on Genesee and Cheektowaga not at the airport was absolutely amazing. The first rental that I had was not working for me. I called and was able to trade out the vehicle. The man who helped me was absolutely amazing and kind. Unfortunately I was not able to get his name. He made sure everything was taken care of and was absolutely amazing. I am very grateful for being able to have given a reliable car that worked. Even with the concerns with the first vehicle they were able to find a day that worked and trade me into the vehicle that I felt more comfortable with driving. They made it easy and quick to get me into a vehicle. Thank you!

  Extremely poor and disrespectful service. Deserves a zero star. I had a confirmed online reservation at the Cheektowaga location, only to receive a cancellation call a mere two hours before my scheduled pickup time. The reason given was high rental demand at the Buffalo airport location. Enterprise offered absolutely zero rebooking arrangements, zero compensation, and zero support. The representative essentially told me I was on my own to secure an immediate alternative. A confirmed reservation should mean something. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your rental needs—this company does not value its customers. Follow up. I just contacted Enterprise through their chat feature and explained what I had just experienced yesterday. They could not offer a reason for why over 20 people were allowed to reserve and confirm their reservations online yet had to have their reservations cancelled. Today, Enterprise did offer compensation in the form of car rental credit. Second follow up. A corporate Enterprise representative contacted me and apologized for the abrupt cancellation and provided several days credit on my next car rental. Thanks Enterprise.
