  Let’s you set up a rental, uber to their location, then tells you “sorry, I’ll have one in 3 days”. Im a Platinum member, and they don’t care about that either.

  Excellent experience from start to finish! The staff at Enterprise was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire rental process. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and their customer service truly stood out. I really appreciated how accommodating and efficient everyone was. I would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a reliable rental experience and will absolutely use them again in the future!

  Recently had a rental experience and was assisted by Harvey over the phone who helped answer all my questions. I was then helped by Rob throughout the rest of the process. He was very efficient and got me in the rental within 10 minutes of me showing up. He also answered all of my questions very kindly.

  Great customer service! Friendly and accommodating staff. Pay attention to the weekend hours posted on the door at the 3700 Genessee location if you like handing keys off to a real person, or need to coordinate a ride to the airport.

  THEY DO NOT PARTICPATE IN INSURANCE-PAID RENTALS. Even if your insurance company or Enterprise HQ says they do, they will send you away. I was in an accident, and my insurance company told me I could get a car at any Enterprise location. I got the this location and the employee said "We don't do that here" and sent me away. Because ot was after hours, I had to wait until the next morning at 9 am to talk to anyone from Enterprise. When I spoke to a phone rep the next mroning, the phone rep said that should not have happened. Because is it a weekend now Enterprise said they don't offer courtesy pick ups to the location. Now I need to get a ride to pick up my rental. As a result of this delay, I am missing a portion of a work conference that I paid a lot of money to attend. I am going to file a complaint but I do not feel optimistic because 1. I have already experienced a loss that cannot be recouped (missing the conference) and 2. It seems like big companies like Enterprise are automating everything and down-sizing customer service and support because they can get away with it and suffer very limited consequences. My attempt to increase the consequence is writing this review. Do better Enterprise.
