  Just moved out to Wville, and took our car here for an Inspection. Very smooth. Staff are respectful and friendly. Waiting area is not lavish, but clean and comfortable. It’s great to find an automotive ally in our new neighborhood. Will go back for maintenance work in a week.

  Called Cleve Hill tire and auto . From the very first conversation with Bob , I was impressed with his customer service. He was polite , kind and let me know exactly what they do and how much it would cost. I missed the phone call that it was ready so I called back and spoke to Garret, told him I couldn't come that day because of work and he said the next day was fine. I asked him the price which was exactly what Bob had told me and I asked if any chance they could take my spare off and put my tire on , he said absolutely we can do that. I asked how much it would cost and he told me not to worry about it , that they would take care of it. Also let me say , Garrets customer service was fantastic. I got there to get tire and Garrett and Bob were at front desk with nothing but friendly faces and responses . Told Garrett that I had some things in trunk and not to worry about putting the spare in the under compartment and that they could even just put it back seat. As the work was being done Garrett informed me that my lug nuts were swelling, I believe that was the word he used. He showed me and explained that most factory lug nuts come in a way that it's not just one solid piece of metal and showed me where water and other things over time cause that. Ask me if I was interested in changing them out at what I thought was a ridiculously cheap amount , but unfortunately I just didn't have the money that day. Asked if I could come back later and he said absolutely . He reassured me that they were fine to go back on but next time I need to take tiew off for some reason that I would need to change them. Went to my car and went to store , went in trunk to get my bags and realized that even tho I had stuff in trunk , and told them not to worry about putting the spare back to where it belongs , they took it upon them selves to go above and beyond and put my spare exactly where it went. I smiled and was very great ful. 10 out of 10 stars for the whole crew. Way to go guys! Great experience

  Garrett and Bob, are respectable and go out of there way to make you feel like you are a valued customer. I know when I take my car in for service, they are going to call me and explain what is needed. Cleve Hill Auto has been servicing my care for years, because the quality of work is good.

  Had my car inspected today and it went very quick and I was treated very well, called by my name and I am very pleased with the service I have received today and in the past with both mine and family members

  Used to be a fan…however after a SIMPLE tire rotate/swap my lug-key was not in the veh…I noticed the next day and called GARRETT who said they put it BACK in my glove box BUT…it was NEVER in there in the first place, I searched high and low-NO KEY…GARRETT said he would order 2 or 3 keys and I could come in and see which one fits…he said he’d have them in less than a week…that was MARCH 24, 2026…TIODAY is MAY 1, 2026 …guess I’m not getting the key !!! …I know if I don’t do this now it will be a bigger nightmare in the fall when I change them again…I don’t think I should be the one following up to fix their errors..,.I was told years ago that, “You’re only as good as you are on your worst day” …”its easy to be great when nothing is going wrong”…kinda makes sense…wonder if I’ll get a call ??? I can’t help but wonder how the heck can someone use the key for 20 lugs and even set it down and it DISAPPEARS ???
