  Garrett and Bob are TOP NOTCH‼️ They cared for my elderly parents and their Chevy Equinox as if it were their own Mom and Dad. They serviced them immediately, diagnosed the problem, and sent them on their way. I truly appreciate their kindness and recognize that Bob and Garrett are the genuine meaning of what this town represents. Thank you both ‼️

  Very pleased with Garret and Bob's customer service. You can always look forward to quality service from Cleve-Hill Auto tech's. I've been a loyal customer since 2012 where my first experience began at the Cleve-Hill on Main St and most recently Cleve-Hill on Wehrle Dr. which is closer to me since I have relocated. I highly recommend!

  I liked that I had no wait. They were friendly and courteous. They worked quickly so as they told me how long the job would take and it did. The price was what was quoted. I inspected the tires and could see there was plenty of tread on them. The tires were dusty and wondered if they had been in the warehouse for awhile The only complaint I had was that the ride was not as smooth as the old tires.

  First-time patronizing CH Auto and it was fabulous. Both service experts were so helpful and positive and appreciative of my patronage from the appt to the completion of the service. Prices were excellent as was communication and time from start to finish was so fast. None of that waiting around for texts and addtl time for the work to be done. I will be going back for future service needs. I’m so happy to finally have found a true customer service oriented and knowledgeable auto shop! Ty!!!

  Called and book an appointment within a few days , which should have been my first cause of concern. Check engine light was on so diagnostic was performed, and I was told there was no oil on the dipstick which In my opinion could not be true The code came up as a sensor, which was not replaced but a very expensive oil change was performed which removed the check engine light Also a coolant diagnostic test was performed and I was told my water pump was bad at hefty price of $2000 I declined service and took my vehicle to another place and it turned out. It was just a hose and clamp that was leaking and I was out the door $50 later. Maybe I had a bad experience, but I would definitely be careful going to this place And if you noticed that their replies to reviews, they only reply to positive reviews
