  I have been going to Basil Ford for many years. Moroslaw has always been attentive to what I’m looking for and looking for any incentives or promotions I would qualify for. Staff is always welcoming. Miro is always respectful to what I want with no pressure to make a sale. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Basil Ford, Walden for always being reliable.

  My husband and I are so pleased with our new Maverick. Everyone at Basil Ford, Cheektowaga is so nice. Special kudos to Vinny & Don who are so kind, knowledgeable and professional. A huge thank you to George Sutton who spent so much time with us. Our insurance company gave him the run around but he pushed forward until he procured the insurance switch to our new vehicle. I wish I had half his energy! God bless you all!

  We took our Thor Vegas RV to get serviced at Basil Ford. Jim provided the best customer service we have encounter in the area. He went above and beyond to make sure that we understood the isseus and he even spoke to Blue Compass RV for us. Go see Jim at Basil Ford.

  After many issues with my chevy trax, I purchased a new bronco sport from Basil Ford in April. Ed Hahn was very kind, he made the entire process super easy and quick. Kristina in the service department also was super helpful in communicating about my trax and getting me a loaner vehicle until I was able to purchase. For someone who was avoiding getting a different vehicle, the process was painless and I am super happy with my new car!

  I deleted my first review after having been contacted by Basil Ford to reach out to the service manager. Since that happened two weeks ago there has been zero progress. Next week is 6 weeks my Bronco has been in the shop. The service team has tried swapping turbos, intercooler/map sensor, bypass valve, calibrated wastegate actuator and performed countless diagnostic tests to send to field engineers in Buffalo and Dearborn. I was even told they didnt have the proper tools to perform the diagnostics last week and was delayed further from that. Just all around the worst service experience of my life. I'm really frustrated by the pace of work and the feedback I've receieved. I cannot ever recommend Basil dealerships. I have a family member who is a union rep at the Hamburg Ford plant and a family friend, both have said how terrible Basil is. AVOID AT ALL COST! Go to West Herr.
