  I went into the Union Rd. store today looking for car seat covers, was in the store less then 5 minutes, when i walked out the door there was a chime which i didnt pay any attention to, but the a man come out the door and yelled mam so i turned around and he said did you take something? I turned around and said No, but i walked back into the store and he said well our alarm went off so you must have taken something! I am a 60 yr old woman who works in retail, i am an assistant store manager of a retail store and i would never take something with out paying!!! The customers at the register were looking at me like i was some kind of thief, i said was in the store for less then 5 minutes to see what they had for car seat covers and i asked if they wanted to search me, the guy looked at the female behind the counter who said no just go, but had they searched me i would have got a lawyer cause i did not steal anything! The guy then said just go and again there alarm went off as i was leaving. You just lost a customer because i have always gone there and never been so humiliated.

  I am a USN Veteran and this was my first experience at Advanced Auto Parts. I met Jared and he was completely professional as well as knowledgeable about the parts I needed to fix my truck. Jared then went above and beyond that and did the work on my truck for me. Outstanding! I will return to Advanced Auto Parts due to that first time experience. Thank you Jared.

  Very helpful. Needed the right wiper blades and was in and out in no time at all.

  They have the parts I have needed and they have always been helpful. Much more helpful than Autozone down the road that sold me a Bosch wiper blade kit with attachments and none of them worked with my wife’s 21 Atlas R line wiper arm… The Autozone manager/worker down the street was unprofessional that I wanted to google the piece to make sure it would work with the vehicle that I didn’t have with me at the time. The gentleman at this store went above and beyond to make sure the unique adapter worked fine with the blade that I had purchased. A couple trips outside to my wife’s vehicle and we got it to work. I will only be going back to this Advanced Auto parts store.
