- DHDiane Hatry2 days ago5.0This is the only place I now rent from. The staff of recent years has been very courteous. I just returned an awesome Ford Bronco sport. Troy (Management Trainee) from pick up to return was knowledgeable and helpful. He'll make a good manager. Alex who is the present manager at this location is also very helpful. Courteous also. Highly recommend.

- KKKristina (Kris1234)Aug 20, 20262.0The manager I dealt with, Troy, was amazing and helpful. However, the cars that I was given were not great. The first car was defective. Not only did the engine seem to be loud and choppy, but the gas tank was broken and didn't open. I couldn't get gas. When I went to switch it out, the other available options were a car that was leaking from the passenger side window (which I know of because the customer who previously rented it was dropping it off while I was there and told me it was leaking), and the car I ended up taking which reeked of cigarette smoke. Troy did his best to spray air freshener and disinfectant in the car, but the cigarette smell stayed in the car until I returned it. It bothered my allergies and made my clothes stink. I'm a lawyer. I had to go to court smelling like cigarette smoke because of the car. Troy gets an A, but Enterprise gets a D.
