  I recommend using the Centereach Office. This was my first time using Enterprise and it was a great experience

  Very unfortunate that this establishment has gone to poop. I’ve been renting cars from the centereach location since 2021 and each time they get new staff it’s terrible, just complete lack of effort. What happened to when people actually used to fulfill all their job duties and make sure that they are performing efficiently. If I tell you that I’m going to pick up a car between 530 and 6pm, wouldn’t you think to tell me that your establishment closes at 6, so when I show up I can still get my car or make arrangements to be there earlier?…. Well, apparently not LMFAO. I’m supposed to just know all the principles over at enterprise just cause I spent my money there. Might as well call me an employee at this point..

  I made a reservation a month prior. I confirmed 2 days prior. I noticed there was no car similar to my rental in the parking lot. The associate asked for my credit card and license immediately as I entered but thankfully I thought to ask where the car was before handing that over. All of a sudden they realized the car was not there. No one from Enterprise contacted me to give me a heads up that there was no car even though I had a reservation. I will be contacting corporate and the BBB as this was disrespectful and unprofessional. This caused a major disruption to my plans. After sitting in the office for almost 2 hours, they got a car that they said was comparable, which was not. I specifically needed an extended cab to hold luggage and the car did not have that. I even asked before agreeing to the new car and again they lied and said it would fit 7 pieces of luggage. I had to leave things behind because it was not as large as what I reserved. After all of that, the car also had an expired registration, so I spent the entire drive worrying I would pulled over or given a ticket for an expired registration. I would not recommend them. As I sat in the waiting room, I watched them give other people’s cars to whoever arrived first on multiple occasions and then would have to tell the person who actually reserved it that the car wasn’t there. So this is clearly a pattern for this office and not just a one time occurrence for me.
