  I bought my 4th F150 from RC Lacy’s Dealership. Dylan always takes great care of me and makes the experience stress free and quick. I introduced my son to Dylan the same day and he bought a Subaru Crosstrek. It was his first new car purchase and it was fantastic! Thanks, Lacy’s!

  I made an appointment for an oil change and new brakes 2 1/2 weeks ahead of time. My car was taken in promptly at 8 and they knew I was in the waiting room but it still took 3.5 hours just to get a diagnostic. I was then told I couldn't get my car back until 2:30. Open heart surgery takes less time. I was given a 10% discount. I don't know what's going on at this place but this is the second time I've had to wait over three hours for a very basic service. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. You have other choices in the area and I advise you to use them… I know I will.

  Excellent experience from start to finish! Our sales associate Adam Brainard went above & beyond to get us the exact car we wanted. He is friendly, honest, patient & made the entire process easy and stress-free. We truly appreciated the outstanding customer service & highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. Nicole Lacy the finance director was also a sweetheart!   Have leased two cars from Lacy, worked with Juan both times. Super easy, accommodating and straight forward. I appreciate that this dealership takes a collaborative approach to selling vehicles - looking at what you need first and seeing what they can do. And when they can’t, they’re honest about it. Shoutout to Paul as well, as he helped with our second vehicle.

  I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication and customer service I received from RC Lacy. On June 29, 2026, I brought my vehicle in because my air conditioner was blowing hot air. After the diagnostic, I was informed of the issue and told that the necessary parts would be ordered. I was assured they would arrive within a few days and that I would receive a phone call to schedule the repair once the parts came in. That phone call never came. After two weeks, I called twice, leaving detailed voicemails, and even sent an email. None of my messages were returned. The lack of communication was incredibly frustrating, especially after I was told I would be contacted. The following week, I called a third time and finally spoke with someone. Coincidentally, I was then informed that the parts had already arrived. Had I not continued following up myself, I have no idea how much longer my vehicle would have sat waiting. From June 29 to August 3, I went over a month without a functioning air conditioner during the summer because no one followed through on their promise to contact me. When I finally had the repair completed, I paid nearly $1,500. Given the poor communication and inconvenience your dealership caused, I believe some effort should have been made to acknowledge the situation—whether through a discount, a service credit, or another goodwill gesture. Instead, I paid the full amount despite having to do all the follow-up myself. I had heard from many colleagues that RC Lacy was a dealership that truly took care of its customers. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The lack of communication, failure to return calls or emails, and absence of any attempt to make things right left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Because of this experience, I will no longer consider purchasing another vehicle from RC Lacy, nor can I recommend the dealership to others. I sincerely hope this feedback encourages improvements in customer communication and accountability so future customers don't have to experience the same frustration I did.
