We stopped by the nearest Mavis location and not only did they take us right away, they called several dealerships to locate a new tire. While they were trouble shooting one of the other staff members wanted to check the flat and was able to repair it so we could get to the nearest dealership. Outstanding customer service and beyond friendly. Highly recommend!

We waited for three hours and they kept taking other cars in front of us but then told us they would get to us soon. Finally left without getting our alignment done. Update: I contacted the number in this reply and was given a voucher. The service took all of 10 minutes a day later. The manager was understanding of the issue as he was not working when it occurred. The repair was finished all is ok now.
