We had such a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire in Catskill! We came in because of a flat tire situation, and David, the manager, and his entire team were amazing. They were extremely helpful, informative, and patient with us, answering all of our questions and giving us a great price on two new tires. We really appreciated how well they took care of us during a stressful situation.
Another huge plus was the little children’s area in the waiting room! I had my 2-year-old and 7-year-old with me, and they were able to read books and play with toys while we waited. Even my 14-year-old joined in with them! 😂 It made the wait so much easier and was such a thoughtful touch for families with children.
Thank you again to David and the entire Mavis team for the excellent customer service. We truly appreciate your kindness, patience, and help. Definitely recommend this location, especially for families!❤️
