  5 stars. 100% recommend. They did a pre-purchase inspection for me free-of-charge, and gave me a thorough report on the vehicle I was planning to buy. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. Sam was very accommodating and took the time to answer all of my questions. Larry was the mechanic who test drove the vehicle and inspected it on the lift. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly.

  They were very helpful and they did a awesome job on my suv it drives like new. They also explained what they had to do and found a problem on my suv that I didn't know I had now I can feel the difference. I am taken my wife suv to check there now.

  Sam and the guys were great had my SUV go in for a wheel bearing and speed sensor issue and after everything was replaced still had an issue with the speed sensorso brought it back after driving it for a little bit to see if it would go out ended up having to drop it back off for a couple days they ordered an OEM speed sensor and put it in the light went off after pulling out of the shops parking lot definitely will keep going there for repairs on my vehicles

  Just had my inspection done at Monroe Tires in Carthage, and they nailed it. The whole process was fast and efficient. It didn’t feel rushed, just professional. What really stands out is the customer service. From top to bottom, everyone there is genuinely attentive and knows what they’re doing. You can tell they take pride in their work. I always feel comfortable and at ease when I bring my vehicle in, which is huge. That kind of consistency builds trust. If you’re looking for a tire shop that actually cares about getting it right, Monroe is your spot. Solid job, guys.

  If I could give them a zero, I would. Did not complete the job (window tint removal), after they assured me that they supplied this service. Windows were still completely coated with adhesive residue. Avoid them at all costs!
