  If you schedule a NYS inspection and show up to find no other customers at the location RUN THE OTHER WAY. After waiting 30 minutes for the “technicians” smoke break the truck we just drove 1500 miles from Florida without any issue miraculously failed the inspection within 1 minute of being on the lift due to tie rod issues……lol. We immediately requested our vehicle lowered off the lift to be taken to an HONEST inspection station which apparently angered the crew who said that they were just getting started and that the entire inspection averages AROUND AN HOUR, and this for a diesel truck that doesn’t get its emissions checked. SCAM CITY. And the icing on the cake was that the interior of our truck stunk like cigarette smoke. Avoid this place at all costs, use a mechanic shop that actually has customers or be prepared to have your vehicle dissected until an issue is found that needs REpaiR.

  Staff were super friendly and professional!! Had my car aligned perfectly straight in no time for a reasonable price!! Will be using this shop from now on.

  Went there to have an alignment done. Got told they couldn’t do it because my front wheel baring needed to be changed. My boyfriend did it. Took it to another place and they showed me that my back right wheel baring was hanging on by a thread. If they knew one was bad why would they not check the other one and let me now. So then I had to drive home from watertown today freaking out my tire was gonna collapse.

  5 stars. 100% recommend. They did a pre-purchase inspection for me free-of-charge, and gave me a thorough report on the vehicle I was planning to buy. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. Sam was very accommodating and took the time to answer all of my questions. Larry was the mechanic who test drove the vehicle and inspected it on the lift. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly.

  They were very helpful and they did a awesome job on my suv it drives like new. They also explained what they had to do and found a problem on my suv that I didn't know I had now I can feel the difference. I am taken my wife suv to check there now.
