  Lost another star! Went back again hoping for a inspection. Big lines, asked before getting in line this time. Kid said at least a 45 min wait and short handed. Hard to believe they can't find help. Corporate must be enjoying all the money

  Called the day before to schedule an inspection and was told to come in at 10:00 AM. The person on the phone was pleasant, but that's where the good service ended. When I arrived at 10:00 AM the next day, I was told to come back at 11:30 AM. I returned at 11:30 AM, only to be told it would be another hour and a half wait. At that point, I drove off. I'm not going to waste my day off waiting around, especially when the employee couldn't care less about losing a customer. I don't really blame the staff working—it seems like the manager was missing in action or took the day off too, leaving the place completely unorganized. Save your time and go somewhere else.

  I needed an oil change in my one truck. I drove it from the thousand Islands to this station which is the closest to my home in Farmington, NY. I pulled in about 3:00 PM on Saturday August 15th. I was excited to see no cars in the garage or in line. I pulled up and it took awhile before anyone came out to greet me. Ryan had me pull in and asked what I was there for. I said I needed an oil change. He did not look to enthusiastic. He then scanned my info from truck door and proceeds to tell me they ran out of oil for my vehicle. He said Sorry and I could go to Victor, NY. How do run out of oil when Oil changes is in your name? I have my own suspicions that it was Saturday afternoon and no one wanted to work.

  When refilling the new oil not the funnel over oil went everywhere started swearing and through the towel across the garage worst experience I've ever had usually didn't check the air pressure in my tires I had to ask I thought it was an 18-point inspection paid $170 to drive around smelling burnt oil for 3 days.

  I recently went to this location due to oil leaking after an oil change. I had to wait quite a while in line, however my concern was addressed with care and ultimately they replaced a compromised plug which required draining all the oil and refilling. All at no expense. Thank you to the staff and especially Sean for his understanding and professionalism.
