I've had two great experiences at Mavis, and they've earned my trust! The first time, they got me right in for a full set of tires, an alignment, and an oil change. Everything was completed quickly and professionally.

I was in desperate need of tires, as I had just noticed that one of mine had had the cords showing (which I later learned from them was due to poor alignment). Mavis was able to get me in quickly, they price matched the tires I had found on sale elsewhere, and were very kind. Though the service I received was top notch, what I witnessed while in the waiting area as my car was worked on, is what will keep me coming back to this business. An elderly woman stopped in and was crying. I overheard her pleading for help because she had just gotten a ticket for an overdue inspection, and during that time had somehow misplaced both her license and her phone. Mavis was booked and didn’t have time in their schedule at that moment but promised her they’d do something to squeeze her in. When this elderly woman came and sat by me in the waiting area, she sobbed, telling me that she had just recently lost her husband, and he was the one who had always taken care of ‘the car stuff’. As we sat there, a young gentleman named, Corey kept coming out to check on her and to reassure her. The compassion she was shown was absolutely heartwarming. This young man spoke softly, kindly, and showed true care for this woman. He found her license wedged between her seats and returned that then continued to search for her phone, which she finally remembered she left on the kitchen table at home. Corey calmed this woman and showed a level of care and compassion not often seen these days. Thank you Corey and the whole Mavis crew, for fixing my car but more importantly, for warming my heart and showing care for a member of the community when it was needed most.
