While driving through Canandaigua on a Sunday afternoon, a 4 inch screw got lodged in my tire and caused a flat. Once the donut was put on, I called Mavis and they were able to get me right in and back on the road in under an hour. Jeff and his crew were amazing and incredibly helpful!

Had a flat tire 2 hours form home Called and Chris answered, super friendly, said to bring it right over! The crew had me in my way in 20 mins. (Would have taken me 2 hours to change). Super friendly and quick service. Highly recommended

My grandson hit a curb and blew out 2 tires, we stopped in and Chris was super helpful. Referred us to a towing company and told us he would get it fixed before closing time so my grandson could get to work in the morning. He was able to fix the rim damage as well and the price was extremely reasonable.

I came in to ask questions about my tires that were bald (not from Mavis). Staff explained when I got the tires I was supposed to get an alignment.
Staff explained everything that I would need to do. They also said I could get the tires from another place and they will put them on!
