Called to find out if they had the parts I needed, they said yes, so I drove to get them to find out they really didn't have them. Luckily, right down the road there was an Advanced Auto, and they did have what I needed. Waisted 20 min at AutoZone!

The sale was fine. Price was good. They had the item shown on te website. Does it say we will install your battery...yes it does. I bought it on line while talking to the salesman but his price was $100 bucks more than their website but the web was right. Paid for it plus the install item he said to buy because if they do it you have to buy it. After much sweating in the parking lot he could not get the old one out and im short and needed my step ladder when i got home and installed it. I got it done Autozone. You should take that install option off your website. I should have known when my wife got windshield wipers they install and the driver side flew off going down the road....lol Oh well live and learn. The old saying rings true again. You want it done right do it yourself. No hard feelings Autozone, thank you for having what i needed just the same. 9-2-26 changed my review to 5 stars. i wish i never said anything. the guy did the best he could.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Patty at AutoZone. I came in because my low beam headlight had gone out, and I expected it to be a frustrating process. Instead, Patty made everything incredibly easy from the moment I walked in. She helped me find the correct replacement bulb and had my low beam fixed incredibly fast. It was obvious she knew exactly what she was doing, and she made the whole process quick, easy, and stress free. She also took the time to make sure everything was working properly before I left, which I really appreciated. One thing that really stood out was how friendly and personable she was. While she was helping me, we had a great conversation. She told me about her family coming up to visit so they could go hunting together and build some things, and it made the whole experience feel much more genuine. It’s nice to meet someone who can provide excellent service while also making customers feel welcome instead of just rushing them out the door. Patty turned what could have been an annoying trip into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely kind. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like her on the team, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the way she treated me. Thank you again, Patty, for the outstanding service and for making my day a little better!
