  Scheduled service and was able to get in pretty quick. Lucked out because of timing. A walk-in had to wait, but only because the computer system took a bunch of bookings the night before and thry only had 2 techs and 1 asst store mngr. They did a great job.

  Moved to beautiful Fairmount from Cali and the potholes absolutely caught me off guard here😅. Jesse and Hector helped me so much and I was completely surprised by their good prices and trustworthiness! Been burned by a shop before and never went back until Mr Tire fixed that. Will definitely recommend this place if you need help! 🙏.

  I have to give a shoutout to the Store Manager, Jesse. He helped out our family tremendously and went above and beyond to make sure we were good to go before driving back to NC. Backstory: We have brought our van to the Dodge dealership TWICE with concerns of the engine slipping, rough idling and being sluggish. Two separate times of having our vehicle for 6+ weeks they said, “I don’t know what to tell you, we cannot recreate your problems. It must just be how it’s being driven.” Fast forward about 30 days and here we are driving up to NY to visit family and on the way back to my mom’s in Camillus our check engine light comes on. Jesse squeezed us in today with no notice and was able to diagnose that one of the solenoids were faulty causing all of the issues…that could have literally blew up our engine! It’s driving smooth as can be. His kindness, thoroughness and professionalism are superior and we feel so much safer making the rest of our journey eventually back down to NC. Thank you Jesse! I HIGHLY recommend stopping by this location.
