Came in with a large nut in my tire. New tire was ordered for next day. They ensured me tire was safe to drive on. The next morning the tire completely blew out as I was driving on highway. I am thankful I was able to limp with my hazard lights on for about 1 mile. Explained my situation and they were willing to go pick up tire and install within an hour. I appreciated that effort however needed to get to work. Ordered an Uber paid 47.00 to get to work. The car was repaired and technician apologized for missing shop. I would suggest you purchase the road side hazard insurance as it did save me around 200.00. I recommend this establishments even though I did have some unexpected hiccups.

Made an appointment for an inspection, which was confirmed three times by text message when I got there I was told that the inspector was off that day. He proceeded to tell me that the people that schedule appts work out of the Philippines and he has no control of the scheduling. After further discussion and dismay, I left and will not return For any services.

Called this morning for a very last minute inspection and was scheduled 3 hours later. First time customer and will be coming back. As a new resident of the area I found my local garage. Thank you for your kindness, knowledge and professionalism today.

Have had the worst garage experiences here. Was sold tires with a defect and had to deal with bringing it back to the shop three times before it was resolved. Thought I would give them a second chance. Booked two appointments for inspection showed up for the first one and was told they couldn’t get me in for the appointment and that they would have to also reschedule my other appointment. This shop has no idea what they are doing.
