On June 18, 2026, I had a 2:30 appointment. I was called and asked if I would like to move my appointment up to 1 o'clock the same day because an opening was available. When I arrived, they were ready for me, asked me a few questions for verification and clarity, and gave me an estimated time the vehicle would be ready. I received a call exactly at the time they told me, and they explained that it actually would have been ready even sooner, but due to the first person who installed the window, they came across a little trouble. They explained everything very thoroughly and gave me complete instructions on what to do and not do. I shared with them some small issues I was having, and as of today's date, which is 2 days later, I have no problems. I am very pleased with the entire team, from the front desk to the installers to the checkout crew.
Everyone was amazing, very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I will return anywhere when there's good and great customer service, as I received.
I most definitely will recommend them to anyone and everyone I might even hear is having any kind of glass issue.
And to top it off, which I have never heard of... LIFETIME WARRANTY IN FIFTY STATES, WHICH WORKS GREAT FOR ME BECAUSE I WILL BE RELOCATING SOON!!!
