  The tech was great, it was supposed to be a house visit but it was raining hard and I didn’t have a garage. We made it work though.

  Excellent customer service and top marks for technical proficiency. They know what they’re doing and the facility is very clean orderly, and the manager. Damien, couldn’t have been more customer service oriented.

  terrible customer service - not what they used to be - poor installation, whistling noise, cracked again, replaced my new wipers with crappy ones (???) - Avoid charged my insurance 2xs - 2 different prices by over$1500.00

  The company has a glitch in their software that when you have a Toyota Highlander that automatically goes to grand Highlander so they keep bringing the wrong liftgate window. Even when they’re provided with the Vin number, they bring the wrong one. The man took out the old one, and when he realized that the replacement was the wrong size he left after he pasted it up with plastic, but did not vacuum out the broken glass. They build and receive a check from the insurance company, but did not do the job at all and now until they send the money back, I can’t get anyone else to do it.

  Incompetent and rude service. I have been to this Safelite location three times, and my situation is now worse than when I started. Initially, I only had a crack in my windshield. After the replacement, my car began leaking water inside. I’m concerned this could damage the interior electronics and safety features. I returned and provided photos clearly showing water entering the vehicle, but I was told they could not find a leak and would not fix the issue. Despite multiple incidents of leaking, I still don’t have a resolution and am unsure what to do next. Additionally, each time I bring my car in, the interior and dashboard are left muddy, dirty, and with an unpleasant smell after their work or testing. If you have a cracked windshield, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. It would be worth traveling farther to receive better service elsewhere.
