    If I could give 0 stars I would. The guys that came to my house were in capable of calibrating my car after installing my new windshield. They told me I need to go to their location and it would take 5 minutes. I wasted my time driving over there and after standing outside for over an hour they told me they’re incapable of calibrating my vehicle. So much incompetence and such a waste of my day! NEVER AGAIN WOULD I USE THIS COMPANY

    Great job. Before they were officially open. The two gentleman getting ready to start their day asked me if I was key dropping. I said yes. They said here we will take your keys and will call you when we are all set. Not required but appreciate the care.

    Walked in and no one looked at me for a few moments, young women at the desk were laughing as a young man walked in from the shop area to which they kept their attention on him. They then asked for my appointment and began to focus on the computer screen and whisper amongst each other and finally asked when the appointment had been made and I relayed to them that it was done early that morning. I was asked to sign a waiver advising me that any further damages to the windshield would not necessarily be their fault and releasing them of responsibility. Although they would try to make it right if it happens. The young lady from the front desk took the keys and I assume she made the repair. I believe it was a syringe repair to a small crack. After it was completed you could still see some imperfections however, I feel it was an average encounter and was not impressed with the service nor was I disappointed with what I experienced. There is much room for improvement which in my opinion would best be implemented by having more mature and experienced individuals at the initial desk as well as more professionalism. The employees were pleasant enough I feel there needed to be some management oversight.

    On June 18, 2026, I had a 2:30 appointment. I was called and asked if I would like to move my appointment up to 1 o'clock the same day because an opening was available. When I arrived, they were ready for me, asked me a few questions for verification and clarity, and gave me an estimated time the vehicle would be ready. I received a call exactly at the time they told me, and they explained that it actually would have been ready even sooner, but due to the first person who installed the window, they came across a little trouble. They explained everything very thoroughly and gave me complete instructions on what to do and not do. I shared with them some small issues I was having, and as of today's date, which is 2 days later, I have no problems. I am very pleased with the entire team, from the front desk to the installers to the checkout crew. Everyone was amazing, very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I will return anywhere when there's good and great customer service, as I received. I most definitely will recommend them to anyone and everyone I might even hear is having any kind of glass issue. And to top it off, which I have never heard of... LIFETIME WARRANTY IN FIFTY STATES, WHICH WORKS GREAT FOR ME BECAUSE I WILL BE RELOCATING SOON!!! GREAT JOB WELL DONE SAFELITE, I HOPE THE COMPANY APPRECIATES YOU AS MUCH AS I DID & DO!!! BEST REGARDS...     8 am to 2pm. got my windsheild replaced plus 1 star. Forgot to change the windsheild wipers the first time they gave me the keys back. No biggie they added them no problem. The second time they gave me the keys back the camera wasn't working after the windsheild replacement. The third time they gave up o. The cameras and tried to make me sign a paper saying it's not their fault. Everything was working before I went there. Do not recommend safelite ever if your insurance company suggests them say no and go with anyone else.
