  Top rate professional work and friendly experts. I must thank the young man who came to my home to conduct the repair. I had a side window inexplicably shatter on a brand new Accord. There was glass everywhere in a car I had less than 36 hours. The dealer didn’t care. Safelite did! Their representative came to my home and expertly repaired and cleaned every tiny fragment of glass. I strongly recommend Safelite!

  The people were nice the place was clean But I was disappointed I ended up with damage to my car that was not reported to me I found it when I got home I did not even bother going back because I know what you're so they're going to deny it

  If I could give ZERO stars I would. Dealing with this place has been an absolute nightmare. I took a day off of work to go and get my windshield replaced sat in the shop for four hours while they replaced my windshield, then they told me that none of my safety features could be calibrated. So they asked me to come back a week later so that they could try once again to recalibrate my car. I took another half day off of work and sat in the shop for another four hours and they told me that they were not able to calibrate my instruments. They told me they would contact my insurance to see if they would pay for an aftermarket windshield for the make of my car and that they would call me to get that windshield installed and calibrated. I waited five weeks, never heard from anybody at this place and did not have access to cruise control or any safety features of my car for that amount of time. I finally got a hold of somebody. They told me to come in a week later and leave my car there all day. The day before my appointment, this manager, Tony called me left a message to call him back, I did. I spoke to someone at the shop and they said that Tony was not there despite Tony having just left me a message five minutes before. This guy told me that I was not on the schedule. I asked him to get a hold of Tony and have Tony call me back. Tony called me back and said he fixed it, You’re on the schedule. I show up for my appointment slightly late because I had family visiting and the guy said I am not on the schedule. I said I spoke to Tony and he told me that I was, Tony, who was sitting right there said I’m Tony, but the appointment was for nine and you are late. I said I am leaving my car here all day for a calibration and I have been waiting for six weeks because you guys forgot about me. They still would not take me, so I told them to cancel the whole thing I will now have to deal with this at the dealership. No apology. No ownership of any mistakes, horrible service and location.

  Fixed 2 chips in my windshield fast and easy and no money out of pocket.was all done through my insurance.👍
