  I had an excellent experience with National Car Rental at the Buffalo Airport, and I especially want to recognize Ethan B. for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make the rental process quick, easy, and stress-free, and his positive attitude really stood out. Thanks again Ethan!

  The baseline expectation of renting a clean vehicle with no fuss and no hidden fees was met, and that’s great. What went beyond was Sally at the National booth in Buffalo being awesome. There was a particularly stressful customer who was having difficulties with her card, and was on the phone with someone and getting frustrated. Even though some of that frustration was directed at Sally, through no fault of her own, she handled that customer with grace, kindness and respect. It was refreshing then to come up to the counter while that customer was off to the side on her phone, and Sally spared no effort to be just as kind with me. She’s a rockstar. When I came to return my rental the next day, Paige was great and made the process smooth and painless. On top of that, she made sure to provide me with the name of her teammate who did a great job so that she could receive the recognition she deserves for being above and beyond. Renting a car can be frustrating or unpleasant for any number of reasons. I’m glad that Sally and Paige were there to make sure none of those reasons were involved and I was able to enjoy my trip. When I visit Buffalo again, I will absolutely rent through their team at National.

  No long line at airport. To my surprise, was able to choose my vehicle type. Everything was great. Paid our tolls online so hopefully we don’t get charged the outrageous convenience fees.

  I had an outstanding experience with National Car Rental at Buffalo Niagara International Airport, and I want to especially recognize Olivia for her exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, Olivia was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Her positive attitude made the entire returm process quick, easy, and stress-free. Everything was handled efficiently and with a smile. National Car Rental continues to provide excellent service, and employees like Olivia are a big reason why. I highly recommend National at Buffalo Airport and look forward to renting from them again in the future.
