  I had some concerning engine warnings on my car today and Brandon was able to get me in almost immediately. He was kind, efficient, and gave his honest opinion, which was that the car did not need any servicing other than a bolt being tightened (which he did for me) at this time. As a female in a car shop, I do tend to feel taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge; did not feel like that at all today. I will definitely go back when I do need servicing and recommend this to anybody looking for car servicing.

  My aunt came here because she thinks a chain auto shop is reliable and trustworthy but she learned real quick when they hustled her and did some pretty questionable work on her car. I urge everyone to stay away from these scamming “nationwide” company’s. It’s all about money with them.

  I’ve stopped in here many times, sometimes in a bit of a pinch and needed a quick repair or diagnosis. They’ve been able to take care of everything I’ve thrown at them. Shout-out to Mark, who is super knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I’d recommend this location to anyone.

  Tire Shop of my dreams. Visiting Buffalo on our way home 300+ miles and boom pop the tire bursts. We called and the shop took care of everything. Efficient, Excellent I absolutely love this place. If your in car trouble go see my new friends at Monroe.

  Service was quick and staff was friendly for the most part- the thing that frustrated me is I called ahead to make an appointment due to a nail in my tire and when I showed up (15min early just in case) I was met with attitude and was told it would be hours before they could get to my car. I don’t know why they would tell me they had an available appointment for a certain time if it wasn’t true. Anyway, I needed to wait there so I did some studying- there is space to sit and wifi is available. They were able to get to my car earlier than they said so I appreciated that and all my interactions after the very first conversation when I walked in were pleasant. They were able to patch my tire pretty quickly, I was just thankful I didn’t need it replaced!
