  I went in for an inspection and was told I needed new tires plus an alignment. Mike took great care of my vehicle on the first visit so I had to come back for the tires and alignment. Great work and even better customer service.

  Gentleman at the front desk needs to take a class in customer service. If you go here be ready to be spoken down to and be shown 0 respect. Will never be back for any services

  The technician/clerk Brandon (I believe this is his name) made me feel welcomed. His customer service was awesome to me and on the phone. He gave me a reasonable price for an oil change, under $100 bucks. I mean my car is compact but this was great! And he didnt push for me to purchase anything extra. Breath of fresh air when considering my previous experiences with the older guy. Thanks B!

  Charged 228 for a single tire change Falsely claimed all 4 tires were shot, yet these were new tires that were replaced around 2 weeks ago Said there was no tread. Tried to quote us 550. He did the same to a woman infront of us with a similar car that needed all 4 tires and he told her 1000 he took the tire cover off the passenger side tire Which was not the part we talked about. He also snapped the hub cap without informing us aswel. The "brand new tire for 128 dollars base, without a valve cap". Not to mention we were told it would take 30 to 45 minutes and that turned to 3 hours. The kicker aswel. He would not allow me to be there in the shop with my roommate to see the supposed "damage". He tried to upsell them multiple false services DO NOT COME HERE IF YOURE A WOMAN. Edit: I find it really creepy you tried to contact us. After the review went up.

  Came in with Vermont winter tires I’d been loyally ignoring, brakes that were more of a vibe than a function, and max emotional damage. Left with working brakes, an oil change, a much lighter wallet, peak mental health care (much better than what I’d been receiving outpatient), and the humbling discovery that brakes are apparently mandatory even on a manual — turns out ‘just downshift and jump ship if things get dicey’ is not a universally accepted stopping strategy. Who knew?! They even fixed my roller-skates! They didn’t tackle me when I flew out to skate their shop floor - under cars, through tire stacks, past actively working mechanics - and spared the calls to the police. I’ve since claimed a corner of the service bay as my home and have been sleeping under the Goodyears. They haven’t officially objected, nor caught me. Five stars for this skate rink! They fixed my car, my skates, and my will to live. Do not test your brakes or your life the way I did. Mark and Brandon (and the other awesome dude working - whose name I forgot to ask - sorry other dude, you’re awesome too!) deserve better than that. Maybe bring them pizza. Will be back for more skate time and other car stuff once I get a raise and a disco ball.
