After having to deal with 7 other shops in the Buffalo area that DID NOT want my hard earned money- Mark took me in like one of his own. Completed my alignment for my LONGGG WAYY Titan and got it in the GREEN. That man got my GREEN for sure. I will be coming back with more jobs for this shop. I hope to someday see there is a wait list because this man and his crew earned it. The only MONRO i will ever go to in Buffalo. If those other shops do what they did in Chicago where im from they would never be able to call themselves a shop again. Thanks Mark! super happy with your service.

They brought my car in and had it fixed within 30 min. Jose and Diana were super friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure my issue was resolved while managing multiple other appointments. Can’t recommend them enough!

- ESEllie SAug 10, 20261.0Made an appointment. Was told they’d charge $50 for diagnosis. Arrived for appointment and was told they’d couldn’t help us despite saying the opposite over the phone. Then told us they’d charge $180 for a diagnosis. Really strange experience and complete waste of time.
