When doors opened I was third in line. Inspections typically take 30 minutes. So I was fine with waiting an hour. As I arrived they allowed someone to skip the line, cool, now hour and a half wait. Still fine. My turn, give him my name number he cannot find me. Person helping me is the manager. Someone else gets the make and model and color from me to get the plate. Manager says as “soon as we get the plate I’ll take care of you.” I step aside. Man returns with wrong plate. Returns outside to go get it again. Takes his time. My time is precious so I leave to get the plate myself. Only to witness the gentlemen writing down another wrong plate. So I write mine and return. Expecting to be called to the front. No. I wasn’t. They catered to the remaining individuals then me. Great woke up early to be in the back of the cue, fantastic. No one apologizes. I’m visibly upset. Noone makes it better. I leave and took my business elsewhere. I come there all the time with my care troubles. Not anymore.
