I had an appointment scheduled for 10am. I showed up 30 minutes prior to that appointment with the understanding that it might take some time due to it being busy. I waiting until 11:10 am and still it was not my turn. I usually go to the Mavis in North Tonawanda and they have always been such a great help. Due to waiting for an house and a half I canceled my appointment and left. I had an appointment time and seen multiple cars leave the shop. I’m overall frustrated with my experience and will advise others to ensure you choose a location where appointment times are priority.

They did my alignment in no time flat, I couldn’t believe how quickly they got me in and out. Carl always takes care of me and works at multiple mavis locations, I got lucky that have my vehicle serviced by him today even tho I wasn’t at my regular service location.

I truly appreciate y'all use the first-come, first-served system, which allowed me to get in and out quickly. The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable.
