- GHGh HgAug 24, 20261.0I rented a car through an insurance claim, and my personal belongings were left inside when the vehicle needed to be serviced. I was given a different rental car. After returning it, I contacted Enterprise’s hotline and was told to go back to the original location for assistance. I went to the original location five times, and each time the manager gave me a different explanation. I eventually went to the Enterprise service location by the airport, where the manager was very helpful. I was informed that my original vehicle had been serviced and returned to the main location about a month earlier. When I returned to the main location for the fifth time, an employee took the time to take me to the back, and my belongings were there the entire time. I truly appreciate the employee who took the time to help me. However, it is unacceptable that I had to make five trips to retrieve my belongings when they had been there all along. I hope Enterprise takes this matter seriously and improves how situations like this are handled.

No windshield washer fluid,but better yet the reservoir must have leak because it all leaked out in the spot I filled it in. No these are safety issues and I personally would never recommend Enterprise

I have had a few negative experiences in the past with Budget and Avis, but I did not have any issues with this Enterprise location and I would absolutely recommend and rent again here. Patrick truly went above and beyond.
