  Natalie with the downtown location was extremely helpful throughout the entire rental process. I was there due to an accident. She made it very streamlined, and was in constant contact with both myself and the insurance provider. Definitely would use that location again.

  Just awful. Stuff needs to take interpersonal communication courses and learn empathy. My sister planned me a surprise trip to Niagara Falls. We spent the whole night in a bus coming to Buffalo. In the morning when we came to pick up the RESERVED in ADVANCE car there were no cars available. There was no assistance of any kind including searching for the different car in a different location. No apologies. Only blank faces. We had to run around the town and suburbs in search for a car to make our way to Canada. Go for Avis cause people are more helpful there

  The staff were very helpful and courteous. They got me in and out quickly and answers all my questions professionally. Highly recommend this location.

  If there were a zero star option, I would choose it. Absolutely awful. Rental car reserved weeks in advance. Rental reminder notifications from Enterprise up to the day before. Staying downtown, but planned to see family in Niagara county. 30 minutes before renting as I was getting on the Metro, office worker calls me and tells me they will not have a car for me. or I could wait in the unlikely event they have an early return (they were only open for 2 hours on Sunday). He proceeds to tell me I could go to the Orchard Park Enterprise location! Checked with manager when I demanded a complimentary ride to the Buffalo airport location as Orchard Park was in the opposite direction I was going. Enterprise refused to cover the ride share cost which for me personally would have been $55. Thankfully the Buffalo Main Street Avis was able to accommodate me. Courteous Avis rep said if they had the situation they would have given me at least 24 hours notice. Never ever renting from any Enterprise location again. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ENTERPRISE LOCATION!

  Had a reservation booked three weeks in advance for a rental vehicle. Received a call 30 mins before pickup time stating that they had no vehicles any longer. Rather than assist in finding one elsewhere, they recommended I call other branches. I did, and was told Orchard Park had one....showed up there for pickup and just to find out that they also had no vehicles in on the lot. Very disappointed in the lack of communication, especially considering I had booked this weeks in advance. If your business is to rent cars, how do you have no cars for existing reservations that were planned well in advance? ***Update 6/12: Week later, nobody from Enterprise contacted me as their comment stated they would. Disappointing.
