  They blatantly lie on the app telling you “no money required until return” then they proceed to request a 400$ payment per their policy which cannot be e made with a debit card. Absolutely ridiculous, I was told “it was because of my area code” complete bullshit

  I will never return to this facility. I received a filthy and disgusting 1 yr old vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired. We had to clean it before I would actually use it. It also leaked oil in my driveway. Be warned, if you use a rental on toll roads they will charge you for the tolls plus an exorbitant and mostly criminal service charge, even if you've already established a temporary toll acct with the State to cover your charges. I've never received a loaner as disgusting as this.

  This enterprise location is amazing. My flight came in late, and Hertz, whom I had my rental through, wasn’t even there. They left me stranded. Fortunately, enterprise didn’t abandon their customers and the night crew was awesome, they saw my dilemma and stepped in and helped me out. When dropping off Alex was amazing! He had such great customer service. Enterprise is doing something right, I will never go anywhere else!

  Was very satisfied from the beginning. There was a gentleman Tom that was amazing that helped me into the vehicle. Great customer service skills as well as just a genuine human being. The vehicle was great and was very clean. Also, the Mazda that I rented got excellent gas mileage very good experience right down to returning the vehicle. I was about 40 minutes late due to an accident and the young lady in the booth at the airport didn’t even charge me and said that’s fine just very very personable employees.
