  They talked to me like I was a human and didn't try to rip me off or upsell me anything. Super friendly and courteous staff, too.

  I was here this morning to get my tires balanced and rotated ,i thought I would have to make an appointment, they put me right in and did a beautiful job and they were professional and very polite I recommend them to anyone

  I went here to get my car fix. I keep coming back because it doesn't get done right. Poor customer service here. Tucker isn't much of any help. If you want things done right find another place. This place isn't what use to be.

  Great Repair Shop. Came in for an inspection and was in and out with my sticker in less than 30 minutes. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would come back if i have any actual problems (but hopefully i wont). Overall a nice repair shop.

  The staff was friendly and welcoming. Service was quick. HOWEVER, When I was checking out, the price had been quoted was raised by close to $70. When I questioned it, after an awkward exchange, staff casually said that they had added a warranty package for ALL my tires to my bill. ???? I had not been offered this package, nor requested it. I had trusted them to determine if my flat could be repaired. I took their word that it could not be. But after selling me a replacement, they added a charge, in what can only be described as an unethical, if not illegal sleight of hand. Had i just paid the amount I was asked for, I would have had a warranty I did not KNOW about, rendering it useless. Had they OFFERED me the package, i might have taken it. In addition, I asked them to put my donut back in my car, by which I meant, back under the mat where it belongs. When ii went into my trunk today, I found my spare tossed in, not in place, and had to ask a neighbor to help me get it back in. I don’t know if this was all a bit of being in an auto shop while female, but it left a bad taste in my mouth for sure.
