- WAWesam AljibouryApr 4, 20261.0Some of these employees need to learn how to interact with customers—specifically those who, like me, have purchased from them on multiple occasions (most recently today). When I asked how the return of a defective item would be processed, one employee waved his hands in a gesture of anger and nervously spun the computer screen around; this prompted me to ask him not to evade my question—something that, unfortunately, is not a first occurrence. If you are upset about something, do not take it out on your customers.
