    Tried going to 3 different stores to find an 02 censer being told they “don’t tell them.” A nice lady named Michelle helped me in under 5 minutes! Great costumer service.

    Please excuse me for duplicating this review. The reason is it's regarding 2 people Ms Shane (5 Stars) and Nyisha Jacobs (-00000 Stars). So my 5 Star rating IS ONLY FOR MS SHANE! On, April 23, 2026, at around 4pm I placed a call for a Cabin and Air Filters. Which I was informed that they had them and I informed the woman on the phone that I was on my way. So between 4:15pm and 4:30 I came in the store no one was waiting or being taken care of. So the first woman I came in contact with was Nyisha Jacobs. I informed her of my phone call and what I was wanting to purchase. She in turn began telling me, "Well I wasn't the one you talked to on the phone you need to go see her". I look at her like she couldn't be for real, but she was. She never made eye contact or looked my way. So as long as I stood on the line, she started periodically stating we haven't received any call these filters, which at this point I felt she wasn't talking to me so I continued to stand on the line. Then she came out and said, "We don't have that anyway" and she went and started taking care this man that had just walked in. This person needs much training in Customer Service, she is definitely not a people person. She has a Very NASTY Attitude and total disregard of the customer. First, I can't stand a LIAR. How do tell a customer to talk to that woman, but knowing you have the ability to see that someone was requesting this item and then yell out we don't have that anyway. Today, April 23, 2026, at around 4pm I placed a call for a Cabin and Air Filters. Which I was informed that they had them and I informed the woman on the phone that I was on my way. So I stood in the line waiting for the woman to finish her call. Once she was finished I was shocked, she actually greeted me and I began telling her about this other person (Nyisha Jacobs). However, it came time for me to talk with this woman, which her name was Ms Shane. Ms Shane informed me that yes she had spoken with me and that she (Nyisha Jacobs), was wrong and that they did have the items which I was looking for. Ms Shane, with Auto Zone is an awesome, honorable person who goes above beyond. I am going to start by saying, I've been around the world and back, but I must acknowledge Ms Shane for her consistent, honorable, patient, kindness and professionalism. Her service that I know of and has seen with other customers are truly incredible. She is a true dedicated individual who should be recognized for her service. Ms Hane makes you feel like more than a customer, she makes you feel like your apart of the Auto Zone family. She is a personable person, caring and very knowledgeable in her verbal communications. I believe she will always be an asset to your organization. It's a true pleasure to come to a place of business and know that the individual across the counter has your best interest in doing business with you.     The reason I gave your store such a low rating is because of the employeethat are working there. I don't know her name but her name tag says NY. She has the worst customer service. Every time I walk in she will never help me. She always says oh go down there to computar at the end he'll help you. I'll go to the counter at the end and Lucas will assist with what I need. I needed my wipers put on and he didn't know how to install them. So, he said NY can you install the wipers for the customer and she said no is he gonna pay me. I said no isn't the service free? Lucas said never mind I'll ask Kim and she came out installed the wipers said have a good day and I left.
