  Easy. No Drama. However please help the people working in the garage. It was very very hot and they were struggling. Dehydration is really serious. Lots of cooling items available now. Please consider how you can help them stay cool.

  Outstanding Service at Alamo – Truly Exceptional Experience Our experience with Alamo was absolutely wonderful. The service was first‑class from beginning to end — fast, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. I want to give special recognition to Alexa, who received our car at drop‑off and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I enjoyed our vacation. What impressed me most was that her first questions weren’t about the car — they were about us. She wanted to know if we had a great time, if everything went well, and if we enjoyed our trip. Only at the end did she ask about the vehicle. That level of care and attention is rare, and it made a big difference. Alexa’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for our experience made us feel valued and appreciated. Because of her, we will definitely choose Alamo again.

  When we picked up the car we had questions about how some features worked and the team resolved them quickly. When we returned the car the manager Christian made the turn in process easy and smoother than we've seen with other providers. Highly recommend. Will use Alamo again soon.

  Do not rent a 12-Passenger vehicle at the Buffalo Airport with hopes of traveling to Niagara, Ontario. They will deny your rental and make you rent two smaller vehicles. Make sure your credit card matches your id. They also do not take company issued credit cards that have any other name than your own. The suv I was given had damage and visible rust on it.

  My husband and I Flew into Buffalo from Florida and had a long delay. We were supposed to arrive in Buffalo by seven and hadn’t even left the Orlando airport until 730. When I called Alamo they were very kind and assured us the car would be there. Even better the attendant who checked us in who was named Ray was amazing! I felt welcomed! Never have I had such an easy check-in nor an easy pick up of the rental car. He was terrific. I am very happy. It was a Five star day Because of him.
