  Had an absolutely incredible experience here. The line was incredibly short on a Sunday when we picked up, maybe 4 people in front of us. Avis had at least 20 in line waiting. We were given our keys and told which space. The car was all set and ready to go. A Hyundai Palisade with some good features, and worked really well with the exception of the Apple CarPlay not working at one point on our trip, but it started back up again. We had to extend our rental and used the text message approach which took a while for a response, but was exceptional and easy to use. And everything had already been going exceptionally well. The car only had about 4300 miles on it. Then, the best part and the person that will keep me a loyal Alamo renter for future vacations. Alexa was amazing in the way she interacted with every customer. I saw her handle the vehicle in front of me and their drivers and she was so kind, attentive and didn’t make it take long. Then she helped me and from start to finish was kind, caring, attentive and helped address the issue I had with the CarPlay so briefly. It took almost no time at all to get all finished and out of the airport. She was such an excellent customer service representative and an asset to this Alamo. If she desires to move into management or another role, Alamo would be incredibly fortunate to promote her. Genuinely one of the best and most natural customer service representatives I have ever met. Thanks Alexa, you made our families vacation end on such a high note.

  Had an audi which was incredibly nice to drive. Service at return was excellent and actually friendly. Friendly is not something I experience with other companies. The line at check in was shorter as well. I will consider Alamo again based on this experience.

  Avoid picking up car rental at the airport. One person to handle all customers and no one to answer questions before you get to that person. I would recommend ride sharing to an offsite location if possible. Problem is not unique to Alamo. Enterprise Emerald are allowed to go to garage directly. There is no "Skip The Counter" at this facility. Also, the car rental facility is packed with same long lines for other car rental companies with same problem, too many customers and too few car rental agents.

  Amazing staff from the start of getting my rental through returning it. When I went to get my rental, I was informed of a cheaper vehicle option that was the same size which I gladly took. I got a Mitsubishi Outlander and the vehicle was amazing. When I returned it after my 6 day trip, my family and I were treated by Alexa who was fantastic. She welcomed us, asked how the vehicle was, and asked if there was anything that could have been improved. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Alamo has an amazing team working here.
