I asked the cashier/manager for help because there were several sizes and I wanted to know which one would fit. Instead of actually looking at the products or checking the packaging, he quickly said they only fit “standard cars” and that I would need a custom one. He barely looked at the display and didn’t try to help figure it out. Since he was already there, I also tried to ask about a metal black license plate frame. He just pointed at it and walked away. The interaction felt dismissive, like helping customers wasn’t a priority. I didn’t end up buying anything because I wasn’t given any real assistance. I came in with simple questions about products the store sells and expected at least a basic effort to help.

Yes we do offer free battery installation on most products with purchase. We will also recycle and test your battery for free regardless if you bought it from us. Battery testing and installation is available at most of our locations.

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.
What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
