  I booked a last minute appointment and got in the same week. I was in at 7:40am and out one hour later! I was surprised. I had a coffee and was diving deep into my emails and received a text all was done. The facility was clean and pleasant to wait in. The team was very friendly which was a plus!

  I recently leased a Volvo XC60 from Volvo Cars Brooklyn. I had leased Volvo cars for many years, took a "break" and now back in the "Volvo family." It was a pleasant surprise to walk into this dealership a few weeks ago and come across Leroy Henderson who recognized me from years ago when I had leased from another dealership (a dealership no longer in existence). Leroy made sure we were comfortable about the car and pointed out the newer features in the model that were not available when I returned my last Volvo back in 2018. It was a pleasant experience and Leroy and the team made sure everything ran smoothly, including the finance portion and being brought up to speed on the "hi-tech" features by Dustin. It's a great car and I appreciated Leroy's follow-up and consideration. And, delighted that the dealership is less than five miles from my home!

  Excellent customer service in a modern, clean and professional setting. Prem (Service Team) always take great care of us. The entire team is a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5. I have been to so many dealerships/service centers over the years for our Volvos and this one is head and shoulders above the rest and earned my loyalty immediately. Will never go anywhere else.

  Everyone here was lovely, not an adjective one expects to use about the car buying experience. But truly, they were all helpful, respectful, no pressure, no shadiness, willing to listen and negotiate. I walked away with great terms for a lease. Very happy.

  Your Volvo rep, Rich Mac, was wonderful. He was prepared, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He accommodated all our needs, even coming out to our home for a test drive. Bravo to Rich. And he patiently explained how to work this hi tech car.
