  I had a great experience at this Volvo service center. I came in for my 20,000-mile service, and the team also noticed that my vehicle needed an inspection. They were able to fit it in without any hassle and completed all the work ahead of schedule. They also took the time to look into available discounts for a bracket I needed, which I really appreciated. A special shoutout to Prem Dass, who was an excellent service advisor throughout the process. He was helpful, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, excellent customer service, efficiency, and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend this service center to other Volvo owners!

  ★☆☆☆☆ I have leased a Volvo every three years, and this would be my third lease with the brand. I went to Volvo Brooklyn with a very simple request: price me out a Volvo XC90 lease. We are now eight days in, and I still do not have a price. It is absolutely ridiculous that it has taken more than a week to get a simple quote. Every time I follow up, I am hit with the same excuses like "the team will get back to you today" or "the team is working on getting you a price." Instead of actually giving me a number, they keep asking absurd repeat questions that were answered at the very beginning, like how many miles I need or what color combo I am looking for. They cannot conduct a simple request. It is like this dealership does not even want to sell cars. If you cannot do something this basic, why are you open for business? Maybe they should give up their Volvo dealer license to someone who actually wants to try.

  Volvo of Brooklyn is a great place to do business with. For maintenance, they picked up my car in the morning and returned it to me at the end of the day, fully washed and clean inside and out. Great people to work with. They sent me a video about what they found on the car which needed attention including a leak on the sidewalk of a tire. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying or leasing a Volvo.

  I had a great experience with Volvo Cars Brooklyn, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Volvo. Kiabet Polanco and Elias Tragos made the entire process of trading in my car and purchasing my new Volvo XC40 quick, easy, and stress-free. They worked with me to do everything they could to match my budget, and they were upfront and helpful throughout the entire process. They also took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns in a timely manner, which made me feel confident in my decision. The process was smooth from start to finish, and I never felt pressured. I really appreciate the effort Kiabet and Elias put into making the experience a positive one. I’m very happy with my new XC40 and would definitely recommend Volvo Cars Brooklyn to anyone looking for a great dealership experience.

  Excellent service! They were very professional, attentive, thorough, and clear about what my car needed and how much it would cost to repair it. They described everything to me in ways I could understand and followed up regularly with updates and suggestions for how to navigate a tricky Carvana situation I was dealing with. They were fantastic!
