  Very disappointing experience. I was charged $40 for what was basically some soap and a quick vacuum. They also sprayed a product inside my car that had an extremely strong, unpleasant smell—like heavy tire-shop cleaning chemicals. The smell stayed in the car, and the product left the interior feeling very oily. For $40, I expected a much better-quality service. Definitely not worth the price.

  Horrible attitude, the lead cleaner made it look like they’re doing a favor for me. Mediocre job at best. You’re supposed to be a business that takes care of the customer, listen to the customer, and see what exactly they need and not act like you’re doing me a favor. The Lead cleaner started becoming condescending and making various sarcastic comments towards me when I was explaining what kind of cleaning I needed and the specifics. Felt like he didn’t wanna listen and just wanted to do whatever he thought was right. I have been to other car washes in Brooklyn for detailed services, and have been able to discuss the details of the clean I needed. These guys don’t seem to do that. You guys need to learn some customer service. Don’t think I’ll ever come back again.

  Worst car wash in nyc so expensive for no reason they keep charging you extra money for no reason they don’t want to work only carwashes if you want wax or seat shampoo they will just make you feel like they’re doing you a favor to do it and end up just rushing it and not do it good, almost crashed my car 5 times just horrible at every aspect

  Bare minimum job for the price you pay. The staff, especially the person who receives the cars, is always unfriendly. Every time I’ve been here, and from everyone I know who has visited, the attitude has been consistently bad. (Edit: Just for the record, this is my first negative review, and unfortunately, you’ve earned it. I kept coming because you’re the closest to my house, but not anymore. Customer service matters just as much as the car wash, and a friendly attitude costs nothing)
