  Worst car wash I ever got Almost $40 didn’t even wash the mats hardly vacuumed. Pretty much $40 for a exterior wash So many car washes around neighborhood which are half the price and twice as good

  Got the detail that came out to $70. Left everything clean I’ll give you guys that. But damaged my aftermarket speaker in my car. I have picture proof because the speakers are fragile. Wasn’t ripped when I left my house this morning. Did a look thru my car and it’s ripped and holes in my speaker. Do not recommend at all. Tried to come back and resolve the issue and they claim they know what it looked like when I brought the car in. I know my speakers werent damaged before I came. Attached is a picture from before and after my speakers were broken

  I have been coming here for 20 years. They were never friendly but they dropped the ball today. Never a good morning or greeting. I am standing by the car waiting ( they were placing the mats back in the car) . I am barely standing an inch away when the worker squeezes through not even saying excuse me. I had to step back or he would have bumped on me or more. They asked me for a receipt when clearly I paid and they even saw me tip. Yes, I did show the receipt. I am done with rude people and service. If you can take my money you should show respect. I did nothing wrong. I appreciate your response.

  If you care about your car, avoid this car wash at all costs. I brought my brand new car in because, like anyone excited about a new vehicle, I want to keep it clean and well maintained. I requested a wash, vacuum, carpet cleaning, and interior wipe-down. While I’ve been here before with my old car and knew the drying wouldn’t be perfect… Unfortunately, I left very disappointed. Not only was the car not properly dried, but I later noticed that the screen on my dashboard had been scratched. This is extremely frustrating, especially on a brand new car. It seems like they may be using dirty or rough rags and handling interiors carelessly. I can deal with minor things like having to touch up drying at home, but damaging a dashboard screen is unacceptable. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place if you value your vehicle. Oh and their prices are ridiculously high for their crappy work.

  Literally the worst place for a car wash. I really hope someone else opens up a new car wash in bay ridge for this place can go out of business
