  I had a great experience renting from this location. Brittany was absolutely wonderful—very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. There was also another gentleman working there whose name I unfortunately didn't get, but he was very funny, welcoming, and equally helpful. In the past, renting a car has sometimes felt like dealing with people who have a bad attitude, but that was definitely not the case here. The entire staff was pleasant, accommodating, and made the experience easy and stress-free. To top it all off, I was given a really nice vehicle, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a car. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience!

  Shawn was incredibly friendly and eager to assist me with a positive attitude. He was very polite and helpful throughout the entire process, specifically when helping me select the right vehicle. I highly recommend Sixt for car rentals; it was an excellent experience.

  This place is by far the worst place to ever rent a vehicle. Please do not come here. First they maje it nearly impossible to just pay for your vehicle with a debit card. They also allow you to book even if you are blocked. Therefore you cant rent your reservation. You dont find this out until youre at the desk! They'll tell you to call customer service to find out why youre blocked and customer service will tell you we are closed over the weekend so cancel your trip. Thank you sixt, you know exactly how to ruin a trip. Thank you

  One of the worst rental car experiences I’ve ever had. My vehicle return time was 9:30 AM, and I returned the car exactly around that time. The employee at the location told me there was nothing else I needed to do and did not provide any receipt or confirmation, so I left after handing over the vehicle. Later, I received an email showing that the return was processed at 9:51 AM, and I was charged for an additional full day ($110 extra). What makes this even worse is that there was no line or delay at the return area. When I went back to discuss the issue, instead of checking the system records or security cameras, the employee simply asked me if I had taken a photo. This is completely unacceptable and honestly feels intentional, as if the vehicle was deliberately left unprocessed in order to charge me for an extra day. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this location at all, and I am still waiting for them to properly resolve this issue.
