- NNNelly N3 days ago1.0I lost my ID and brought a temporary one which is a legal document from the DMV. The manager refused to accept it, stating they needed to verify it and that to get the car I booked and already paid for, I needed to go back home (2hrs away) to get my passport instead. Their email did not provide this information at all and only listed a driver’s license. I’m not sure why they are not able to accept a legal document. The branch manager Nazarees seemed to be making up policies as when I asked for a printout of where their policies stated that they could not accept my ID, he couldn’t pinpoint to an exact area where this was written . I also called customer service and they could not explain why this branch manager refused my reservation. They simply apologized and directed me to another branch to try which leads me to believe this policy is not real. Do not make the mistake of booking with them.
