She was helpful before and after our rental (I left my sunglasses and she held them for me). Usually renting a car is a hassle and often the customer service is subpar. I'm so glad to have found this gem!

Got the car and within 30 mins, I got a low tire notification, woke up the next morning and the tire was completely flat so Customer Service told me to replace the tire and they would reimburse me, no questions, since there wasn't a Sixt location nearby. After I returned the car they said they can't refund me my money because i didn't have insurance; so I had to emailed back and forth and dispute them that a Sixt employee told me I would get my money back regardless - I told them to pull up the phone call I had with the customer service employee. They then said ok we can refund you, which was 3 days ago and I haven't heard a thing since. Now they are asking me to fill out a damage report. My first and only time using Sixt, that's for sure.
- SJS JJul 14, 20265.0I went there to exchange a vehicle that maintenance was due, Nazare was extremely nice and friendly with a sense of humor and tried the best to accommodate me, even when he found out that he doesn't have a vehicle in my class to give me he arranged and called for me another sixt location and maked sure I will get there a good vehicle!!!! When I went to the other location they already waited for me and had prepared for me a very good vehicle!!! Always rent from sixt Williamsburg location!!!!
