  ​Horrible Customer Service and Shady Behavior — Avoid This Location! ​I had an absolutely terrible experience at this SIXT location on May 19th. I pre-booked a car 3 days in advance and arrived at 9:00 AM to pick it up. I had to wait 15 minutes at the desk just for a staff member to show up. ​When the agent finally arrived, the red flags started immediately. She took my credit card and flipped it over, closely inspecting and staring at my CVV code. This is a massive security violation and highly suspicious behavior. ​After confirming my details, she suddenly refused to rent to me, claiming my Probationary Driver’s License wasn't acceptable and demanding a "Real ID." SIXT’s official policy only requires a Valid US DL, and they routinely rent to international license holders, so this made no sense. ​I immediately called SIXT customer support, who confirmed that they could process the rental if I provided an expired Real ID or my Passport for identity verification. I presented BOTH my expired Real ID and my Passport to the agent, but she flatly refused to look at them. Desperate to resolve the issue, I even offered to make my brother (who was with me and has a valid Real ID) the primary driver and add myself as an additional driver. She completely rejected this option as well, acting incredibly dismissive and telling me she was cancelling my reservation. ​I left upset and went straight to AVIS, who rented me a car within minutes with zero issues (and without staring at my CVV code). ​An hour later, I still hadn't received a cancellation email from SIXT. I called customer support again, only to find out the agent never cancelled my booking (It seems she intentionally left it active so I would be charged for a "no-show" while keeping my money). Only after I demanded a full refund did support finally cancel it. ​Because of this incompetent and shady agent, I wasted 3 hours of my time and my entire trip was delayed. Avoid this location at all costs. SIXT management needs to investigate this employee immediately.

  My initial rental process with this company was a positive experience overall. Although I wasn’t able to upgrade the mileage package, I still appreciated being able to choose an SUV from the available inventory. Unfortunately, the vehicle I originally viewed was not the exact one I ultimately drove off with, but the experience was still handled professionally. GK provided excellent customer service authentic, helpful, and very down to earth throughout the entire process. His professionalism and attitude helped make everything go smoothly. I’m looking forward to hopefully continuing a long-term monthly rental relationship with this company. Just for giggles I don’t like lifting and pulling the truck of vehicles closed due to my shoulder I was shown one that actually lifting and had the button to close automatically but drove off with one that doesn’t have that feature the car itself is the car I was shown though GK lol

  Having rented from Hertz and Budget many times over the years, SIXT is by far a much better experience - the people at this location are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Much appreciated for making renting a car in the city less of a hassle.

  The manager was very helpful as I rented a car and my wife has a Sixt+ so we were looking to trade her X5 for a X6 and he gave us good info as to were we could possibly find one or get on a list.
