  Very professional, friendly service from the receptionist to technician. Everything is integrated in their system so appreciate getting appointment notices before hand and after service notices. They do check each service's needs and let me know I had to change my appointment when a part needed to be ordered. They provided thorough instruction at check in and post service. Overall service time was around 2 hours as estimated. This might be on my lack of knowledge but I would say the only minor feedback is to inform customers getting a recalibration that the car would need to be driven around on highways. Was a bit surprised by a couple bridge tolls.

  Friendly service and very knowledgeable on how to replace a windshield when they finish you would never know that I got a new windshield even inspection sticker and registration was installed exactly the way it was with no reps

  I showed up early. I was greeted in the parking lot by a friendly tech who gave me instructions for parking and check in. The receptionist was polite, professional and accommodated my early arrival. Their time estimate for the service was right on. On check out the receptionist provided me detailed instructions. Overall a very good experience!

  2024 Honda Prologue Ex AWD - had roadside assistance to swap in a new windshield. After installation the technician tried to recalibrate the onboard computer with the wrong tool. Drained the 12V battery and bricked the car. Three days later and my car is still being worked on. I'm driving a rental. Specialist at Honda has never seen what the technician has done. The car no longer reads the main battery. 0 stars.

  Recently, I had Sam come out to replace my windshield, and the entire experience has been completely unacceptable. The windshield was not installed properly, my dash cam was left unattached, cloth is hanging out where the windshield meets the interior. I am now being forced to take my vehicle to another location, for a third time to correct work that should have been done properly the first time. What should have been a simple repair has instead cost me additional time, travel, gas, inconvenience, and money. To make matters worse, Sam took my vehicle on a 35-minute drive, explaining that he needed to ensure the windshield and safety systems were properly recalibrated. As it turns out, they were not. So not only was I led to believe the job had been completed correctly, but I was also given assurances that were plainly untrue. I even tipped Sam for the job, completely unaware at the time that the workmanship was substandard and incomplete. Had I known the quality of the work I was receiving, I certainly would not have rewarded it. I trusted your company with a critical safety repair. Instead, I have been left wasting more of my time, incurring additional expenses, rearranging my schedule, and dealing with the frustration of having to fix someone else's mistakes. Quite frankly, I feel deceived by the 18th avenue Brooklyn, NY Safelite and taken advantage of as a customer. This level of workmanship, quality control, and misrepresentation is unacceptable. I expect accountability for what has occurred and a meaningful resolution for the time, expense, and aggravation this has caused.
