Guys in downtown Brooklyn were very efficient and helpful when getting the car, process was easy and cheap considering other rental agencies

Drop-off process was smooth as butter!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just let them inspect the car, explain to you the final bill, and you’re all good. FYI: Airport locations have more cars and dates available. The higher bill reflects the included deposit. Half-days counts as price of one day. Additional documents needed in advance if paying with debit. Just bring driver license if credit (recommended). Expedia coverages works for insurance, no need to buy it again from nationals.

As always national at its best! Seems like reservations with national go through enterprise at this location. Will be coming back here!

Best rental location, anywhere in the world! I’ve rented a lot of cars in different places from different companies. I like National in general but Ben, Maria and the whole team at this location constantly seem overwhelmingly busy no matter what time of day I pick up or return but that does not stop them from providing incredibly friendly and efficient service. Hopefully whoever is running this joint can give them all raises, helping hands, or both soon! Gems.

Most reliable car rental spot in Brooklyn. Staff is always friendly and quick. I literally only come here to rent cars now.
