  Best rental location, anywhere in the world! I’ve rented a lot of cars in different places from different companies. I like National in general but Ben, Maria and the whole team at this location constantly seem overwhelmingly busy no matter what time of day I pick up or return but that does not stop them from providing incredibly friendly and efficient service. Hopefully whoever is running this joint can give them all raises, helping hands, or both soon! Gems.

  Most reliable car rental spot in Brooklyn. Staff is always friendly and quick. I literally only come here to rent cars now.

  Customer Service still exists in 2026! I was helped by a gentleman named Ben who took very good care of my family and me. He got our car for us promptly and professionally and he made sure we were comfortable before we departed. I think I'll use National every time from this location just because of my experience with Ben and his courteous manner. So often in today's times, I'm routinely disappointed in the service I get. When it comes to National and their employees, I can rest assured that I'll always be treated as I should be: like a customer. Thank you, National! Thank you, Ben!

  Stay far away. They gave me one quoted price and charged me more later. They also promised a credit that still hasn’t been issued, and then tried charging for non-existent damages. Very dishonest experience.
