  Wow. I actually paid like $35 last month to park here tomorrow. (I'm up from Maryland to attend a nearby wedding.) Today, I saw these reviews, which are... the worst reviews I've ever seen? Regardless, I can't afford to arrive there tomorrow and have someone try to illegally price gouge me, so I paid triple to move to a nearby garage. Until this company gets its reputation under control, no one should patronize this place. Again, these reviews are abysmal.

  If I could give this place less than 0 stars I would. As soon as we pulled up and told the attendant that we had a spot reserved through a booking app, he immediately started with some scammy script about not having any spots, but if we left a big tip he could see what could work. With near 0 effort a spot miraculously materialized, and as soon as we got out it was very clear something fishy was going on. He started taking our details and right when we mentioned we don’t have cash for a tip he clearly fraudulently scanned the QR code and claimed our reservation is messed up. When we called him on the clear scam, he got visibly agitated and told us we had to go because we weren’t taking his bullshit. He then threatened to “beat us up” because we said he was extorting us and he didn’t like our “attitude”. Avoid this place like the plague

  Easy to find and parked for about three hrs as I was tired of circling the neighborhood and was visiting Brooklyn. Prices were affordable and attendant was nice. No issues or wait time when picking my car up.

  Waiting 25min for your car because it's elevated and behind 3 others even though you tell them you use it every weekend and text 15 min ahead of time (they don't get texts and don't have a phone number to call) is absolutely unacceptable.
