- OFOlivia FoworaAug 13, 20261.0Black women beware! Very racist all male staff. Claimed my cards did not work when they did and sent me to an atm to give them cash to retrieve my car. Will never park here again and car was dented trying to leave as I received no assistance from staff including refusing to move other cars so I could get out. Felt very unsafe as a women and very disrespected I believe due to my race.
- IDI DAug 10, 20261.0Monday 08-10 at 6:00 pm We parked our car to go explore the Brooklynn bridge, the staff looked at us and asked us if we can pay the 44$, kinda of underestimating us which is so rude . about 30 minutes later we had to come back to the parking to get the car because we experienced a bad thunderstorm. Our clothes were soaking wet , we asked him to get us the keys after making payments and we can see the car on the side but also ignored us, another staff told him that I can give them the keys he told him to let us wait. This guy is a Latino and bald, he has zero experience with customer service, he is rude and negative and should not work with people. We had a terrible experience and we do not recommend this place whatsoever, people like this guy should be fired, absolutely rude and probably racist.

He shouted at us very aggressively and spoke very rudely to my daughter. When I asked him what his problem was, he threatened to hit me. He kept yelling that he was the owner and telling us to get lost.
