Extremely disappointed with the management at this location. They have two EV charging stations installed, but effectively only one is usable. While one station was occupied by an EV, the other charger was completely blocked by a petrol/gasoline car parked right in front of it. The gas car was neither charging nor using the service, yet blocking access for everyone else who actually needed to charge their vehicles. Proper enforcement and clear management are completely missing here. Charging stations are meant for EVs in need, not as convenient parking spots for non-EV vehicles. Unacceptable service and total lack of basic etiquette! 1/5 Stars.

I live nearby but decided to try out these chargers today. Pretty good experience here charging my Bolt, except a NJ large ev parked in the Carlie spot while charging from Stepin, not sure if there was a legitimate reason for that, but that one car took up two of the 4 chargers 😒. These evgo chargers are right across from the Starbucks.

Nice EvGo! Keep spamming me how "We’ve filtered the best chargers for your EV" Highly not recommended to anyone! Much more expensive than others, longest queues, never can't be sure if it works.
