  This enterprise location is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful, and most importantly the car that we booked was ready for us at the time of our reservation! This will absolutely be our go to rental car location in the city.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely amazing experience with Enterprise! Specifically the 150 Empire Blvd Brooklyn NY location….From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The service team was truly amazing—friendly, attentive, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed. It’s clear that this company genuinely values its customers and takes pride in providing exceptional service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free car rental experience with outstanding customer service. I will definitely be renting from them again! Thank you to the entire team for making my experience such a great one!

  Enterprise is the only place I will rent a vehicle from for a reason. They go above and beyond for their customers and run a business the way it should be ran. If you want world class treatment only use ENTERPRISE

  I had an outstanding experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at 150 Empire Blvd. I especially want to recognize Gustavo Ruiz for going above and beyond. When I arrived, I realized I needed my passport and had accidentally left it at my hotel. Rather than leaving me to figure it out on my own, Gustavo arranged for a driver to take me back to the hotel so I could retrieve it. He turned what could have been a very frustrating situation into an easy one. Throughout the entire experience, Gustavo was cordial, professional, helpful, and genuinely focused on taking care of the customer. This is the kind of service that makes you want to return to a company. Thank you, Gustavo, for going the extra mile. Enterprise is fortunate to have you on their team!
