  Not a good experience at this branch in Brooklyn. It was like I did not have a reservation even though I confirmed it the day before I arrived, through the Enterprise system as prompted by their email to me. I was checked out on the contract at 10:30 AM, but the car was not ready until 11:30 AM. The Representative gave us a discount but the experience beyond that was poor. The car was beat up and not well maintained so I had to take photos of the existing damage to protect myself. This was a first in 30 years of renting cars.

  What a wonderful experience! Alex was so friendly and knowledgeable. Renting a car could be such a burden, especially on a Friday in the summer, but Alex made the whole experience seamless and painless! Thank you!

  I rented a car in Brooklyn and dropped off in Chicago. Not only were the rates great, but the people working at both locations were helpful, professional and friendly. Took their time with me to get the car suited for my needs. Car was great. You can’t go wrong with Enterprise Rent a Car.

  Part 2(continued from 66th Street location): Let’s talk about Mr. Ricky! Every side street in Bay Ridge is nothing short of treacherous and under-plowed as of this morning. A salt truck was literally stuck just before the entrance of the ERAC garage entrance. So I went around the neighborhood in hopes that I could come down the other way, but the cars were also stuck in the street on the other side. As I parked and contemplated how I should notify my employers that I would be late to the office… there was a knock at the window - it was your staff, Ricky, with a check-in IPad in hand! Won’t he do it!!! 🙌🏾 Ricky took possession of the car on a side street so that I could get to the train and make it to work on time today. I appreciate the teamwork between Jose (who notified Ricky of me being en route to deliver the vehicle) and Ricky! Nothing but smiles and understanding of my needs to complete this transaction despite all the ice and obstacles. They deserve praise and bonuses - you guys did a great deal of maneuvering outside of your norm to help close out a customer - and I am super happy for that. Faith restored in ERAC! Happily, Very loooooong-time ERAC member
