    We’ve had trouble with this place multiple times. They never have any inventory and they will give away your car or up charge you. The Astoria location is much friendlier and way better inventory, they had plenty of inventory and gave us a free upgrade, no wait either! This place was a 30 min wait to be told they gave away our car and could upcharge us if we want to rent. The two guys running it are complete chaos. Use another branch.

    Andrew and the staff at McGuiness blvd branch are amazing I have an office 2 blocks away don’t Mind driving to this location because of the amazing staff and quality service

    I absolutely love this Enterprise - Williamsburg & Greenpoint have the best cars, with the best staff who always have such an amazing attitude. I look forward to renting here and seeing the employees who work here. They are always available to speak on the phone, try to ensure that you get exactly what you need and feel safe while driving.
