    I made a reservation for a suv black truck. For my daughter’s prom in store with Mike the manger. I called him the day before to ask if the truck was all ready he said yes. I get there the day of and Mike was bidding in back wouldn’t come out to speak with me. No suv. The guy in the front told me to call to see if another enterprise has the truck. I said they should have done that knowing someone booked it and they didn’t have it. So I found one at another place would NEVER RENT from here again!!!!!

    We’ve had trouble with this place multiple times. They never have any inventory and they will give away your car or up charge you. The Astoria location is much friendlier and way better inventory, they had plenty of inventory and gave us a free upgrade, no wait either! This place was a 30 min wait to be told they gave away our car and could upcharge us if we want to rent. The two guys running it are complete chaos. Use another branch.
