I made the booking through the Enterprise app and when I picked up the car the staff at the garage were very professional, friendly and polite despite being busy, I felt like I was treated very well by everyone I dealt with and they all made what could be a very frustrating experience very smooth. The car was brought freshly washed and clean. After subpar experiences with other rental agencies in Brooklyn, Enterprise State St will be where I rent from in the future. It is kind of a tight squeeze to get out of the garage but that was minor.
