  I came to this location to get the rental I reserved online (Dodge Durango) to take my nephew and his WHOLE LIFE to College and was immediately greeted by Waka as soon as I entered the office, who assured me he would be with me in moment. Dante' Who was finishing up with another customer, jumped in right away to assist. While confirming everything he did inform me that the vehicle I originally reserved was no longer available and offered a vehicle of the same size. I am very picky and stubborn as hell, but Dante was amazing with reassuring me that the vehicle he suggested was more than capable to fit all of my moving needs. I eventually gave in and agreed to take the vehicle he suggested. While doing an inspection of the vehicle, someone pulled into the lot returning a Dodge Durango and he immediately brought it to my attentions and asked if i wanted to compare the two. After looking at both vehicles I decided to still go with the one he originally suggested. Before pulling off the lot, i noticed an alert that came on the dashboard about the coolant. I brought it to Waka's attention as Dant'e was busy dealing with someone else and Waka assured me he would get it taken care of. I caught the attention of NaNa who I was informed handles the detailing of the vehicles and informed her of my situation since literally only 1 minute has passed since I informed Waka about it (Remember I'm impatient, and that's a ME problem, not y'all's issue LMFAO), and NaNa looked at the dashboard and told me she'd take care of it. She immediately sent Trevor over who took care of the issue right away by looking at the dashboard and filling the tank with coolant. 2-minutes has passed now and Waka returned to resolve the issue, but i told him i already had it taken care of as he saw Trevor getting out the car. I reassured him that he was amazing for stopping what he was doing to help but my Taurus "impatient" shit kicked in and i had to do something. LOL. I was literally there for about 20-30 minutes, that was the quickest service ever. Even returning the vehicle was painless. Dant'e received the vehicle and charged my card on file, and I was out of there in like 5-minutes. A Sincere and heartfelt thank you to Dant'e, Waka, Nana, and Trevor. You guys are AMAZING and I hope the company realizes how much of an asset you are because nowadays people are shitty at their jobs, and you guys knocked it out of the park. Thanks Again!

  I have been to this enterprise twice now. Each time there was an extremely long wait time and there were no cars available. I reserved a mid size sedan both times and each time they only had an SUV/mini-van to offer me. To add to that, I used a company card and one of the salespeople kept screwing up the address on the card and kept condescendingly telling me I have to call the card company b/c the address is wrong. Only for me to call the card company to confirm that my address is actually my address and that is the address for the card. That whole process made me about 2 hours late for my intended trip. I thought all enterprises were like this until I visited a different location and found them to be extremely efficient, exactly how a business should be. Save half your day and go to a different location b/c you will waste your time here.

  I had an outstanding experience at this Enterprise location, and it’s all thanks to Joachim. I was traveling with my elderly aunt, who has mobility challenges, and we needed a one-way rental to Florida. Joachim went above and beyond to make sure we found the best option for our situation. He took the time to explain every available choice, offered honest advice, and helped us weigh the pros and cons instead of simply trying to rent us the most expensive vehicle. What stood out most was his patience, kindness, and genuine care. He understood that comfort and accessibility were important for my aunt, and he made us feel like people not just another transaction. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable one. Customer service like this is becoming rare, and Joachim is a perfect example of how one employee can make all the difference. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone who truly cares about their customers. Thank you again, Joachim, for making our trip to Florida much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this location again, and I hope your excellent work gets the recognition it deserves!
