  I’m writing to commend an employee at your branch.On 4/28/26, I was served by a staff member who showed me incredible kindness during my rental.8014 Foster Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11236 He listened, smiled, and treated me with respect from start to finish. In today’s world, that kind of basic human decency in customer service is rare and it mattered to me.I don’t have his name, but he was working the front counter at. Please thank him and let him know his attitude reflects very well on Enterprise car rental. Thank you

  Went to the Foster Avenue because flatbush location was having issues with payment system. The customer services at the Flatbush location is waaaay better! I wound never go to Foster Ave location again!

  Donate was such a pleasure! He too his time to discuss everything with me. Had such a positive attitude and made sure I was satisfied. He went above and beyond to verify I got what I needed in a timely fashion. Jason was also very great as well. Made sure I got a ride to the place my car was getting fixed and just did a great job. These gentlemen were very professional and just made my day. Don’t forget Dontae and Jason did a great job and hope they move up in the coming bc they know what they’re doing and they do it in a professional manner for sure.

  The customer service staff at the Foster Avenue Enterprise is superb. Chloe was the representative who worked with me. She was patient, kind and incredibly helpful. Even though it got busy, Chloe maintained a very professional and kind demeanor. I was sincerely impressed with her patience. Despite the pressure, she still had a kind smile. Not sure how she does it. Honestly, I can learn a thing or two from her about being patient and kind, especially when dealing with a impatient customer. Much appreciate to Chloe. She's a star.

  I was really pleased with my experience at enterprise. The manager was extremely helpful and attentive. The young lady who helped me (so sorry I'm bad with names) customer service skill were amazing. I will definitely rent from here again. The teamwork was impressive!!
