    AC was not working on hottest days of year as well as wheel alignment was off... I have been renting from Enterprise for years and this was a suprise that vehicle was not in tip top condition... if it weren't for Holiday weekend I would have been able to exchange it but inventory was low or no availability for vehicle(minivan) I required for travel... I will continue to book with Enterprise and hope that this was a 1 off experience... overall staff is always friendly...

    Car was fine. Easy pick up/drop off, however price was pretty exorbitant. $337.00 for 120 miles (2 days) plus the gas. Was able to pick up and drop off at different locations tho.

    Never seem to have sedans. Its been a week since Ive made my reservation & every time I go in person or call there are none available.

    This enterprise is top notch, if they don't have the car you reserved, they work really hard to get it for you from another branch. No unexpected charges or games that some rental car places like to play and they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Prices are best in area too. Enterprise loyalty program is a joke but that's not a knock on midwood location just the overall brand itself. This is my rental car spot always.
