She even noticed that my gas tank was low and suggested that I go fill up my car rather than take the high price. She and Durrell were running the operation at eight in the morning friendly with a smile getting things done. These 2 people make me a loyal customer. BTW the entire team are top! Rise is just next level.
- SBshinny binJul 30, 20262.0I had a rude experience picking up a car here. After waiting for about 15 min an attendant came out from somewhere in the back. At first she was busy texting on her phone.... didn't even look at me. I felt as if I was a bother to her. The car she gave me reeked like smoke....she told me she sprayed something for the smell to go away....if it doesn't go away I should come back to exchange cars.... (like I rent a car to stay local and hang out at the car rental). When I informed her I have an infant and I can't drive the car like this, she told me to smell other cars and didn't even give me the car I smelled. Upon returning the car the same attendant helped me and she was super nice...so I'm not sure what happened...
- BMBIG MARKJul 7, 20263.0AC was not working on hottest days of year as well as wheel alignment was off... I have been renting from Enterprise for years and this was a suprise that vehicle was not in tip top condition... if it weren't for Holiday weekend I would have been able to exchange it but inventory was low or no availability for vehicle(minivan) I required for travel... I will continue to book with Enterprise and hope that this was a 1 off experience... overall staff is always friendly...
